Special features and amenities of this beach house: 8 bedrooms with balconies, 6.5 marble bathrooms, 2 master suites, master bathrooms equipped with shower and Jacuzzi tub, executive master bath equipped with bidet. A mahogany deck with heated gunite private pool and Jacuzzi faces the ocean. Top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen appliances: 2 dishwashers, trash compactor, subzero refrigerator, wine fridge. Washer/dryer, numerous flat screen TVs, central air, 2 fireplaces, high speed internet, satellite/cable TV, outdoor gas grill. Towels and linens are supplied. This house can be enjoyed year round. It is fully winterized with the hot tub available 24/7 during the off season for you to enjoy even in cold weather.

We love our guests and they are our number one priority. However, this is a residential area and we respect our neighbors therefore outside gatherings should be mindful of noise as well.

Located right on the water, it’s your perfect oceanfront getaway. Breathtaking, panoramic views of the ocean can be seen throughout the house or from one of the balconies. This extremely exclusive property has a private boardwalk that leads you from the back of the house to your very own exclusive stretch of sugar white beach. The ample mahogany deck, where the pool and hot tub are located is also the perfect place to soak in the relaxation, watch the sunset and take in the view.

This house is the stuff that dreams are made of. In fact, it inspired the writing of a theatrical play based on one of our guest’s stay at the house! Inside, the soaring ceilings, sliding glass doors and endless windows invite warmth and sunlight into the house year round. The top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen and large dining area are inviting areas to share and prepare meals. The living room is exquisitely detailed, and the unique family room with a cozy fireplace is especially inviting. With 6.5 baths, 8 bedrooms and plenty of living space, the layout of this house is perfect for groups of any size- a large family or group gathering, or a quiet, relaxing retreat.

The village of Westhampton is only a short drive away with trendy boutiques, cafes, and great restaurants. Wineries, and outlet shopping are all nearby. Popular outdoor activities include: water sports (rafting, sailing, scuba, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, water skiing, water tubing, wind-surfing), cycling, horseback riding, fishing, golf, and paragliding.

Stunning house in a gorgeous setting
The pictures of this house are incredible. The house itself is even nicer. There are windows everywhere with lots of light and gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. The house is very large and spacious with lots of seating/relaxation areas. We were a group of 7 couples and this house was the perfect spot for a getaway weekend.

A little slice of heaven
We recently stayed at Rose’s property in the Hamptons. This was heaven on earth. The house was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need. You really can’t beat the ocean views and the private beach. Looking forward to going back!

Great stay at rose’s home! It’s the perfect set up for a large group, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms for everyone. Very good open layout with lots of space to eat and lounge with the group. Everything was super clean. Rose is communicative and kind. Right on the beach which is amazing. It is a bit far down dune road so make sure to bake in extra time to get to town, but the neighborhood feel of the home is well worth it

Breathtaking!
We loved staying at Rose's beautiful house. The property is extremely spacious and you gets lots of natural light which I enjoyed very much. Waking up to the sound of the waves, just steps away from the beach was so special and relaxing. Rose checked us in and showed us around the house. She was a wonderful hostess and made our stay unforgettable.

I stayed at this lovely home after reading the reviews and being oleased by the pictures. I must say this house is amazing. This pictures were accurate, the views were amazing and the house offers ample space and a decor that set the tone for a tranquil stay. Rose was such an amazing host and made sure she called before, during and even after my stay to make sure my family and I had had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

I celebrated my birthday with a small group of friends and the house was perfect. The only thing is that we were hoping to use the jacuzzi but couldn't get the temperature warm enough. Overall the host was very responsive. We all said we would stay again.

The Perfect Family Fall Gathering!
I recently celebrated my birthday at a beautiful beach house rental in West Hampton, NY, during the fall season, and it was an unforgettable experience! This stunning property, right on the beach, provided a serene escape for our family amidst the crisp autumn air. From the moment we arrived, Rose was amazing, providing us with great recommendations for local attractions and dining. She was always available to help us in any way to ensure we had the best time ever, adding thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The house featured a flowing open floor plan that created an inviting and spacious atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings. We enjoyed spending time together indoors, sharing meals, and making memories. Although it was too cold to swim, the heated pool complemented the view beautifully as we relaxed by it. One of the highlights of our stay was witnessing the beautiful sunrises. We also took walks near the ocean, enjoying the tranquil sound of the waves and the refreshing sea breeze. Exploring nearby wineries and the downtown area added to our wonderful experience, and we all had an amazing time! I cannot recommend this rental highly enough! Our stay was top-notch, and we would love to rent her place again in the future. Thank you Rose for an unforgettable stay!

Amazing Getaway in the Hamptons in a Perfect Location!
We spent an incredible week at this beautiful property on the beach! We wanted a getaway with my parents, siblings, and all the children/grandkids in our family for spring break but could not travel far because dad had open heart surgery a few weeks prior. It was just what we needed…a spacious modern clean house, a beach where our cavapoo ran around everyday, fun times with the whole family just relaxing and cooking and playing games, and the cool ocean breeze helping dad’s recovery. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing place to getaway with a private beach and beautiful house. A heartfelt thanks to Rose for making our stay special and being so accommodating. My mom fell in love with the sheets and wants to buy the same brand lol. Thanks again, Rose for everything!! We hope to come back one day again.

Perfect quick getaway with family and friends!
The house is beautifully situated off of the beach, and provided ample space to accommodate my family and friends. We enjoyed our stay and Rose was wonderful and very accommodating of our request to delay our check out time. Only feedback for improvement is to fix the stove or provide an ignitor if one is necessary to utilize the stove. Because the stove couldn't be used, we ordered takeout for all of our meals.

Beautiful Beach House
The house was exactly as pictured. The view was spectacular. The house was spacious and had more than enough room for my family and friends. The best part of the booking was Rose, she was very attentive and kind. I would definitely like to rent this home again for the summer.

AMAZING!!! nothing compares 5 years later
We stayed here for a week in June 2013. I was just graduating from residency and had gotten engaged. Rose allowed me to stay at both of her homes on the beach. My family still compares all trips to that one and its been 5 YEARS!!! It was the most amazing house in the most amazing location!!! The memories I made that week were truly everlasting. I recently decided to plan another trip and was just curious to see how this favorite house of mine was doing. I'm glad to hear even 5 years later people are still raving about this house. My favorite memory is sleeping with the doors open and the sound of the ocean. Nothing compares!!! This house is everything and more and I am planning to come back soon Mrs. Rose!!!! Beautiful Westhampton Beach house, fantastic host
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spot to accommodate large groups in Westhampton Beach. The listing photos are all accurate - the house is beautiful and very well maintained. In particular we enjoyed having multiple common areas where people could congregate, including kitchen counter area, kitchen table, dining table, living room, and even a second living room on the top floor. All in all, couldn't have asked for a better experience and would easily stay here again. As a host, Rose is fantastic. She is highly responsive and made sure check in / check out was seamless for us.

We had a wonderful family celebration (18 of us) at this magnificent beautiful beach house, tons of bedrooms. First floor huge open layout for tons fun with the family!! This home is right on the beach, has a hot tub and pool. We had fun filled family stay in this perfect beautiful beach front home! You won't be disappointed.

Breathtaking
Words cannot express the wonderful time we had at these magnificent homes. I rented this home along with a second home owned by Rose on Dune Road in Westhampton Beach from Februray 3-8, 2016. We celebrated my daughter receiving her Master's Degree. We were a large group in these very spacious homes. There was enough room for everyone to have their own personal space you can easily get lost in here. We had great themed dinners each night in the well stocked gourmet kitchen. We even had the opportunity to walk down to the private beach via the deck. We enjoyed sitting in the heated hot tub a few nights. The views from the house in every direction are beautiful. Watching the sunset was amazing while sitting in front of the fireplace sipping wine. The pictures shown are beautiful but is in no comparison to what I can only describe as breathtaking. Anyone reading this review you will not be disappointed renting this lovely property. Rose I'd like to thank you for working with me and making an idea become a reality and a lasting memory for myself, my daughter, my family and friends who shared in this celebration with us. You made us feel like family now and I know we will back to rent again. Karen L

Everything you need for a large group and more
We were a large group staying over a January weekend, and despite the blizzard outside we were ultra comfortable. This is a perfect house for everyone to have their own space as well as communal space. Would highly recommend it in the winter—it was beautiful!

Beach Blizzard Bachelorette
For my bachelorette party, 15 of us decided to rent a big house in the Hamptons and have a "Somethings Gotta Give" inspired weekend. Little did we know the second biggest blizzard on record was going to hit New York that weekend. Let me tell you, we could not have imagined being anywhere else. The hot tub was perfect, the rooms was clean, spacious, each one had a spectacular view and its own bathroom. Sometimes with jaccuzi tub! When you're stuck in a house for three days, this is house to be in. We braved the walk way to the beach to take in the epic sites, the kitchen was perfect for cooking for large groups and Rose couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. I actually can't wait to stay here again! Oh! And the sunsets, they are breathtaking. We had an amazing one our last night there and watched it on the beach with some wine. I can only imagine what the summer offers.

Relaxing, high end stay!
This house is AMAZING. No matter where you are in the house, you can see the ocean or the bay which creates a serene space! It's perfect for a spa type weekend or a week long get away! If you are looking for a perfect beach house- stay here! The process of renting the house was easy and all accommodations were top notch!
