Not what we expected

We were extremely excited for our stay but upon arrive we were extremely disappointed. The A/C of the house was turned off, temperatire inside the house read 95 degree, the rooms were infested with mosquitoes everywhere. When we went to the backyard the pool was extremely dirty and cloudy. We also found that some pots and pan were dirty and greasy. Some of the games and feature on the website were missing, the property did not have a trampoline as stated on the listing. Honestly, we were very disappointed, it took a maintenance person to come out and fix the issues almost 4 hours later. The trash bins were full and the house was not very clean. My suggestion to you is that when you have guest booking your property you should make sure it is tidy and ready to avoid unpleasant situations like the ones I encountered. The host was not just one host like it states NANI, it was multiple people speaking to you and not knowing what was going on after reporting the issue several times. Never staying here again.

What a spectacular property! Great entertainment home for all ages! Nani was very responsive and had someone to take care of any issues that came up quickly. Highly recommend the property!
