Newly renovated Davenport pool home with game room

Our luxury home newly renovated homer sleeps 8 guests. Two master bedrooms each have closets and en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have storage closets and share an adjoining bathroom. 1 king, 1 queen bed and 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 single beds.

All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players.

A comfortable living and dining area provides plenty of room for eating or relaxing. The living area has colour cable TV, a VCR, DVD player, CD player/radio and two sofas.

Internet service is provided with WIFI so all you have to do is bring your laptop and FREE calls to call of the USA, CANADA, AND PURETO RICO.

he fully equipped kitchen has all that is necessary for those who enjoy cooking or just wish to self cater. There is a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, in fact everything you need including a kettle and tea pot. Adjoining laundry and ironing facilities are provided should you need them.

Access to the south facing pool is via alarmed patio doors for the safety of children. There has comfortable sun loungers, a table and chairs for snacking or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening after the long days in the parks or shopping malls The pool can be heated if required during the winter months, a covered lanai provides shade for those who have seen too much sun. Both pool and lanai can be illuminated at night for a refreshing swim after a busy day. Pool heat is a additional charge, and there is a 3 day minimum.

The garage is equipped with a games room for the kids to hang out in after a long day at the parks or adults after the children have gone to bed.

Management assistance is available with emergency help 24/7. A safe deposit box, cot and high chair are also available at no additional cost.
