Snug in the pines above downtown, this quiet cabin is designed to help you unplug and unwind. Watch the deer take their morning walk through the property on their self made paths. Close your eyes and drift off to the sounds of birds and the wood all around you. Inside you'll find a lovely marriage of modern and vintage, newly updated space that is open, bright, and very clean! Please note that there are steep slopes around the home and the loft railings are spaced too far apart to be baby safe.

We had a great time in Prescott, few challenges with the check in process and the satellite internet services. The house is beautiful, well equipped and clean. The town has great restaurants and bars.
We had a lovely stay at the wonderful A Frame in the Prescott woods.
The house was very well equipped.
It's situation is ideal, very quiet neighborhood, yet close to the city center.
We had quite a comfortable and relaxing stay st the A-frame house. Enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony. Tranquil place yet just a few minutes away from the shops and restaurants at Whiskey Row.
This suburban cabin rental was perfect for our family trip to AZ. A short drive to town, comfortable accommodations and great overall experience. We enjoyed how close it was to Prescott and Whiskey Row while feeling far away in the mountains relaxing with a log fire at night, snow in the morning and warm temps for sightseeing during the day.
We enjoyed some quality family time in Prescott. The home was as described and fit our family’s needs perfectly. Excellent communication from the host made things super smooth.
Would definitely recommend.
Quiet, updated, clean property in the woods in Prescott. Property was just as described. Access to the home easy and instructions for straightforward for cleaning up at the time of checkout. The owner was good communication and responsive. Only thing to know was that the property is on a Very narrow street in the woods. It was somewhat challenging to get there at night. I expected this given the description. I would definitely stay here again.
Great house with amazing views. We had some snow which made it even more magical. Owner/Host was great and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a wedding to attend in the area and decided to stay in a cabin rather than book a hotel. The property was gorgeous! Super clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for my family of 7, but still had cozy vibes. Waking up to the pine trees outside the bay of windows in the morning was breathtaking! The check-in process and host communication was an breeze and Sarah made us feel right at home! We would 100% stay here again!
This was such a great stay for my family and I. When we arrived, it was way better than I expected. The cabin is super clean and comfortable and the layout of the rooms really great. Much of my family commented the whole time about what a great place to stay! Everyone loved the kitchen. If I was to be in the Prescott area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook another trip. Also communication with Sarah was easy, any questions I had, she always got back to me quickly.
We go to Prescott a couple times throughout the year, trying out different cabins, so we decided to try something new with this property. We loved it! The host was great, excellent communication, the property was clean, excellent location to Whiskey row, beautiful porch, everything was just right. This is our new go to cabin in Prescott!
We absolutely loved our stay at Quiet A-Frame! The house was gorgeous and suited our family perfectly. The host was stellar, and responded quickly to handle a couple issues that came up. The communication was beyond excellent. The worst thing about the property was having to leave.
Loved sitting on the balcony mornings with a cup of coffee and evenings with a glass of wine. Loved watching the wildlife, seen some wild turkeys and the birds flying and resting in the trees right by the home.
Home was very comfy and a short distant to town and to the lakes. Communication with Owner was easy and quick. This is a perfect place to get some relaxation away of the noise in the city.
Sarah’s A-frame has that rare, indescribable charm you’re looking for when you rent a cabin in the woods. The patio is spacious and tranquil, the view comes with lots of deer loitering in her driveway. It’s very close to some excellent trails if you plan to take your family on a hike. We grilled up a feast on the deck and enjoyed a few bottles of wine under the stars. It was the perfect get away.
This place is so beautiful inside and out! It’s tucked away in the hills and pines yet very close to downtown and stores. The place was very clean and is very aesthetically pleasing. We had a group of kids ages 6-15 and 2 moms and there was a little something for everyone. The house had everything we needed and then some, definitely as described. The host was quickly responsive to all of our questions which was greatly appreciated. In the early morning we saw families of deer and wild turkeys walking across the property, it was so cool! Come up to Prescott and make some beautiful memories with your loved ones at this place, you will love it! Would definitely stay again.
