Peaceful mountain located family farmhouse, 2 bedrooms and double sofa bed if required, huge ground floor area with gardens and outdoor covered dining. A lovely peaceful retreat. Set in miles of forest and mountains, with great walks and mountain biking. Abundent wildlife and large safe orchard (pick your own free cherrys and fruit) 1.3 hectre, so great for familiy picnics and dogs.
Qualified massage, reflexology/beauty reflexology treatments available by host Linda.
Mountain Bike and equipment rental.
Fantastic full sized pool/ snooker table, play on request. Porcini mushroom collecting in season [mid Sept early Nov] and with a permit, straight from the forest to the kitchen!

Why they chose this property

It's serenity and peacefulness. Chianti not bad either! And still close to major historic towns Arezzo, Anghiari and Sansipolcro. Florence an hour by car and 25 min fast train from Arezzo. Siena 1.2hr, Assisi /Perugia1hr, Lago Trasamino SUP kayaking 1hr. The friendly local people in the village.
