Little Hill

Without doubt one of the most elegant and exquisitely furnished villas at Tryall, Little Hill occupies a private 5 acre hill and offers exceptional privacy and charm with lovely sea views. Immaculate gardens include many fruit trees and the circular swimming pool is surrounded by a very pretty veranda courtyard. It is the only villa to have a private tennis court.

There are four double bedrooms with bathrooms as well as good cupboard space and safes in all of the bedrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom is wheelchair friendly. There are fans in all of the rooms as well as new air-conditioning units. Each bedroom has a flat screen television and there is wi-fi with internet throughout the house.

.Little Hill provides three complimentary golf carts for use while at the Tryall Club.

The house employs a wonderful chef who can cater to any taste or diet. There is also a butler/head of house, a housekeeper, a laundress, and two gardeners.

13 – 15 YEARS PAY AT 50% PER PERSON/PER DAY OR PER WEEK
AGES 12 YEARS AND YOUNGER ARE COMPLIMENTARY
