This recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment in the chic El Peñon neighborhood in Cali, Colombia situated just a minute from restaurants, cafes, and bars perfect for digital nomads or for families visiting for a long time. The main bedroom has its own bathroom for a total of 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has closet with installed cupboards and drawers. This place will make you to be based out of Cali for a long time. This is ideal for those who want to be productive while at the same time enjoy the Salsa Capital of the World and all of its majesty. I work in international development meaning I am based in developing countries. I remodeled this apartment to be my forever home and want to share it with others. You will find anything and everything in this neighborhood. In addition to all the restaurants, cafes, bars within less than a 3 minute walk, you are close to the Tertulia Museum, the Cali River dotted with the world-famous Cats, and the InterContinental Hotel.
