Beautiful house with great location

This is our 5th vacation on Tim’s Ford and by far our favorite location on the lake. We loved the easy access to restaurants, Walmart and boat rental. My grandkids love dock swimming and the dock was perfect for swimming, fishing and to park our rental boat. This branch of water was beautiful and quiet. Initially I thought might want a more secluded location but this street was so quiet and serene. We enjoyed a lot of time on the screened in porch and deck. And no steep stairs down to the dock!!The house is large and immaculate. We never felt crowded. Highly recommend!

Family get together

The house and property is beautiful! Great location. Loved looking at the water from sitting on the back deck. Great game room and bar! Lots of parking and nice neighborhood. Host was very prompt on answering questions. Would rent this house again.

Family Christmas!

We had a wonderful time!! Great location, had groceries delivered with it being inside city limits, plenty of space for everyone w/fun and games downstairs, plenty of kitchen counter space for cooking and baking and home was decorated for Christmas!! We Loved It!! Thank you for a great home!!

Lake House Getaway

We had a great stay at the property, The house is very open and welcoming to guests and the basement pool/bar area was a great place to hang out with friends and family. Overall a great location that we would recommend to anyone!
