42 North Vermont is proud to present Valley View at Stratton.
Our 5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom home is located off the Stratton Mountain access road in Winhall, Vermont. It’s a short 7 minute drive to the base of Stratton and a 4 minute drive to downtown Winhall! The house is also close to multiple state parks, hiking trails, swimming holes, Bromley Adventure Park, and golfing.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 11 beds (including the pull out couch), and 3.5 bathrooms! Amenities include a patio with views, attached garage, large TVs and high speed internet!
The first floor consists of an open concept Kitchen / dining / living room area with a wood burning fireplace, 75” TV, sun drenched bar table area, 1/2 bathroom, 1 bedroom, and access to the garage.
-First floor bedroom: 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed
The Second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:
-Second Floor Bedroom 1: 1 king size bedroom plus daybed with trundle and ensuite full bathroom
-Second Floor Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed
-Second Floor Bedroom 3: 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed
The Lower level consists of a living room area with TV, hot tub area, 1 full bathroom, memory foam queen size pullout bed, and 1 bedroom
-Lower Level bedroom: 4 twin size beds (twin over twin bunk and twin bed with twin trundle)
You have access to the entire property
We are available by cell during your stay but we have a local caretaker that can also be contacted.
The house has 2 pack and plays that can be used.
We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for driving in Vermont over the winter months.
We have a dog that visits the home on occasion so if you are allergic please take this into consideration

Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or try out other outdoor activities such as ice skating and snowmobiling.
