Enjoy the privacy of a large master bedroom with it's own bathroom. Large living area. At sunrise soak up the morning sun with tea or coffee on the patio listening to the birds chirping, or start your day with a morning walk with a special person or your dog. This home offer lots of sitting space, an area for board games and puzzles, 3 comfortable bedrooms. Fully fenced back yard. Pets are allowed. Kids are welcome. Bunk beds offer full-over-full. 3 Roku TV's in the home. In the neighborhood, besides great neighbors, you will find the Tiger Point Golf Course, The Point restaurant & Bar, a community center with playgrounds, and ball fields. Shopping and Food are close by. Oriole Beach boat ramp is just a few minutes away. Pensacola beach is 15 minutes west and Navarre beach is 20 minutes east from the home. The state park in 10 minutes away. Great home, great community and great location!
