A place to lay our heads

We stayed here for UNC parents weekend. Price and location were great! House didn’t have much (pictures are accurate). Not the cleanest (dishes in dishwasher, used soap in shower, no pillowcases), but for the price and convenience, it was fine. William is easy to communicate with and made the check process easy.

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood

William was very responsive and helpful. The home was spacious and in a nice neighborhood. The home had minimal furniture but plenty of kitchen supplies. There are several cameras in the home but we unplugged them during our stay so it was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay.

Sparsely furnished house

This house did not have enough furniture in the house as the house was on the market. I have stayed at several VRBO houses and this one was below the standard I have seen. It is not set up for renters - no guides how to work the television, kitchen was limited- old pots, plates, cups. The whole experience was not up to standard. The neighborhood is nice and this house could be better with some improvements.

This house is not ready for vrbo

This property should not be a vrbo. It was incredibly dirty, there was no furniture, the beds were not made, and there were cameras everywhere inside the house. If it was not super late at night when we got there, we would have walked right back out. We had to clean extensively just so we could use a very small portion of the house. Unless they make significant changes to this property and have video proof of it, no one should stay here.
