About this property
ONLY 200 FEET TO BEACH & OCEAN3,000 S.F. HOME. NO VACANCY AGAIN STARTING 7/12/25
Just a skip and a hop and you are on a beautiful sandy beach. (See aerial photo with arrow pointing to house). On the beach you will have view of 9 islands, boats sailing in and out of 2 nearby ports, an island with a lighthouse in full view, and remarkably, you will see the shoreline of "5" towns. Incredible.
DownEast Magazine once had on its front cover "Hills Beach is 1 of the 10 Best Kept Secrets in the State of Maine.
This has been a favorite of vacationers and a rare coincidence but this time has come available and to your benefit.
This house is much larger than it appears in these photos. It has '3' finished floors. Basement is totally finished and has nice TV and family room.
4 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHS in this comfortable seaside home.
(2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on each of 1st and 2nd floors).
Off street parking for 3+ vehicles.
All residential community on a 1 mile long, very special, coastal peninsula. This is on a quiet, dead-end road and so no bumper-to-bumper through traffic.
You'll be able to take long beach walks without any crowds and you can walk to a nearby, deserted island at your leisure.
This vacancy is a rare incident and Hills Beach is inviting you to a nice visit that you will cherish for a lifetime and you will likely want to return each summer.
Hills Beach is nicely situated as it is only 10 miles to Dock Square, Kennebunkport and only 18 miles to the Maine Mall and the Old Port on the waterfront in Portland.

About the host
Hosted by Raymond

I have owned and managed summer vacation homes and winter school term rentals here at Hills Beach for many years and I enjoy helping both the homeowner as well as the tenant.
Why they chose this property
One view of the ocean scenery is all it takes. It is unlike any other in the State of Maine. The beach and ocean is only a skip and a hop from this house, and once you are on the beach you will see the shoreline of 5 towns, a lighthouse, boats sailing in and out of two boating channels in full view, and a view of 9 islands with one that you can walk out to at low tide and peruse the island (Stage Island) at your leisure as it is owned by the Audubon Society. Your family will cherish these memories for a lifetime.
What makes this property unique
Aside from being so close to the beach and ocean it offers a very roomy house for all to enjoy or to even have quiet time away from others when desired.
A very unique feature is a roomy sundeck on both ends of the house to make the most use of the sunshine to fit in whatever schedule you are on.
