DREAM VACATION
We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was definitely the pride of the resort as to location. You were directly placed in front of a gorgeous green space opening to the ocean. Sunrise was spectacular. The condo included all necessities with nice additions including soaps, towels and some laundry and dish cleaning supplies. Also included were beach chairs for exploring other island areas. Definitely recommend this place and hope to come again soon!!

First time here and definitely would return. Very nice accommodations and if you want to cook, the kitchen is completely outfitted. A perfect unit for 2 couples as the setup ensures privacy. A nice experience in the beach side Oasis restaurant!

It was an amazing unit, exactly as the listing showed. Loved being able to walk right out onto my own beach. Beautifully decorated and it was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay in Kauai. The location of this unit was fantastic with great views of the ocean. The set up of the unit was ideal for our family with two “wings” each with private space. The grocery store right across the street made for a very convenient space. Thank you!

Great location to the pool, restaurant and beach. Perfect for my spouse and 2 kids, plenty of room. We brought laundry soap but it is provided. Safeway across the street as well as ice cream and shaved ice stores. The pool is strict about the daily towel rule. We tried exchange our towels from being at the beach and were told no. The condo is very humid, a dehumidifier would do wonders inside. All in all excellent place and location. Would recommend!

Wonderful location of resort and unit
The location could not have been better. We walked out to the beach every morning and had quick access to the pools (which our kids loved). Parking is close too. We had everything we needed in the rental. The property team was kind and prompt with any questions I had. We didn’t hear anyone in any units around us. The bath tubs are both awesome with quick hot water. This unit was perfect for our group of two adults and two young kids. One tip is to leave the bedroom doors cracked open a little at night for best AC distribution. The resort is also a great location on the island. There is a close grocery store and restaurants in walking distance.

Wonderful Kauai vacation!! The condo is beautiful! The bottom ground floor is so perfect especially if you have children. It is just a few steps to the pool and ocean. Spectacular location!! Big thank you to Candace! We discovered the coffee maker was not working, but she quickly delivered another one. It was nice meeting Candace. She is wonderful! Hope to return! An amazing view and excellent accommodations!
Comfortable and a million dollar view at A-104! Easy access and two large bedrooms, both with views of the ocean made it a perfect rental for four. Beach chairs were provided. Easy to walk to beach with chair and drink in hand! Arrival was easy with self check-in and a grocer and coffee shop right across the street. The Oasis restaurant was a big plus with a very friendly staff and a menue with delicious pūpūs. ;) The residence staff was also accommodating and quick to respond when we had a minor issue that needed addressing. The kitchen was well-stocked and lovely, as well. We loved our stay. Mahalo!

We’ve stayed in other units at Waipouli Beach Resort but this one was the best. Prime location with full on ocean views and beautiful sunrises. The large grass area was perfect for our grandsons. They loved the freedom to run while we enjoyed cocktails on the patio. We ate outside every night. The cleaning crew was also excellent!

Stayed here for my honeymoon. The views cannot be beat. Would definitely love to return someday. The resort is very well kept. The unit is about as nice as it gets when it comes to options in Kauai.

We’re currently at the Grand Hyatt and everyone misses our stay at A104. It was the most perfect setting for our family of five. Walking out the door to sunrises and being close to the pool are only a few of our favorites. We’d like to come back to Kauai just to stay longer at this property. It was extremely clean and had every amenity that made it easy for a family stay. There were beach chairs and coolers and little added touches that made it feel like home away from home. We hope to stay again!

Amazing vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice condo and it had everything we needed. Great location - we sat on the lanai every morning to drink our coffee and watch the sunrise (one morning we even had 2 mink seals on the rocky area of the beach). The sliding door is hard to close but I imagine that’s due to the humidity. The beds are VERY comfy!! Plenty of towels and they provided laundry soap, dish washer soap and plenty of trash bags. Only thing we had to buy was additional TP. Very clean - never saw a single bug. They even provided us with 4 beach chairs that we were able to take with us on our adventures. Just steps to the on site restaurant and the pools.

Perfect Family Getaway
Waking up to the view from this unit was amazing. Opening the doors to run out on the grass and walk the beach combing for seashells couldn't have been better for our toddler. This unit is so close to the pool entrance next to the kids section it couldn't have been better location wise. The unit was quiet, the black out drapes helped us adjust to the time zone, the AC did the trick, the beds were good, and we enjoyed our stay overall. We mostly ate out so I can't speak to utilizing the kitchen beyond making coffee and tea and some other basics. The only con we came across was that one shower could use a deep clean. The rest of our family that stayed in other units were at this one frequently because it was so delightful to sit on the patio any time of day. Best wake up to the sunrises
As my 2nd visit to Kauai and my son’s first visit to Hawaii in his life. This was the best stay ever. I loved the sunrise everyday right from my bed. It was so relaxing for starting off the holiday season. Kapa’a is my favorite stop on Kauai its centrally located to anywhere on the island. We will definitely come back!!
