Family Getaway on the Beach

Nestled within a serene residential area midway along the tropical Estero Island, also known as Fort Myers Beach, Vallie’s Villa offers a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental. This delightful retreat boasts a shared pool and spa, as well as a Tiki Hut stilt-home duplex, promising a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway.
Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and private washer and dryer. Upon arrival there is parking for two in the driveway. There is a shared storage locker with beach equipment, as well as shared recreational equipment like a ping-pong table and a nicely sanded area that the kids will enjoy with corn hole boards overlooking the rear yard and fire pit. Also on this lower level are two outdoor showers, a gas grill and plenty of tables and chairs.
Entry is up the stairs on the right of the building and into the open plan kitchen, eat-in bar and living area. Decor is beachy/tropical. There is beautiful tile flooring in the kitchen, with wood flooring throughout the remainder of the home. The kitchen has plenty of Corian countertops with tile backsplash, a stainless steel sink, large pantry and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. There is even a Keurig coffee maker. Appliances include a 5-burner glasstop range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, a dishwasher and double door refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer with ice-maker. There is a peninsular bar with four bar stools on the living area side. The living area is furnished with a leather sleeper-sofa with matching loveseat, end tables and coffee table on an area rug, as well as a rattan swivel rocker. Opposite the seating area is a corner wall-mounted large screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access out to the screen-enclosed deck with ceiling fan, furnished with a table seating 6, as well as two rockers and a cocktail table on an area rug. Behind double doors on the patio is your own private washer and dryer. This deck overlooks the back yard with fire pit, a small lake, and further to the right is a view of the Estero Bay estuary.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, ample closet space and custom-built cabinets and drawers with a flat screen TV. The en suite bath through a pocket door has a walk-in shower with glass door, commode, and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. The guest bedroom has bunk beds, perfect for the kids, with a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top. There is ample closet space, a desk and wall-mounted large flat screen TV. There is a hallway guest bath with marble vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors.
