About this property
Downtown BV Base Camp ~ Mtn. View's
Welcome to KJ’s Princeton Place Condo in Buena Vista, Colorado. This two bedroom, one bath condo is located a short walk from both the quaint, old Main Street and the very new upscale South Main. This newly furnished unit on the second floor offers both comfort and style. And, if you're bringing your own bikes, skis, boating gear, or other outdoor equipment, you can store them safely in a free, locked storage unit adjacent to the condo.
The space
This condo is a short walk to Main Street where there are plenty of options for both eating and being entertained, as well as multiple specialty food trucks to sample in the summer. It is also just minutes away from the Arkansas River, Barbara Whipple Trail, a skate park, and other beautiful parks. Main Street offers many quaint shops, specialty bars and taverns, and even a splash park. Buena Vista is also a destination for a variety of festivals, so if you are visiting during one, be sure to go!
Within a few minutes by vehicle, you can reach the North Cottonwood Trailhead for hiking or biking on the Colorado Trail. There are also multiple whitewater rafting companies who navigate the waters of the Arkansas River, or you can launch your own kayak at the town put-in and test your skills at the whitewater play park. In the winter, you’re only about 40 minutes from wonderful skiing at Monarch Mountain and Ski Cooper.
And, if you’ve never been to a drive-in theatre or a hometown rodeo, both are historic events in Buena Vista during the summer. There are also multiple opportunities for hiking, biking, horseback riding, rafting, kayaking, shopping, dining, nightlife entertainment… and just relaxing. And best of all, KJ’s Princeton View condo offers a great place to call home while you are visiting Buena Vista!
Guest access
There is one assigned parking spot to the condo, with several free spots available on a first come basis. Additional parking is available on Cedar St and just down the street at the community center. RV's and campers have parking at the community center, or at the end of S Main St, just past Black Burro Bikes.
Other things to note
If you bring your own bikes, rafts, skis, or other outdoor equipment, you can safely store all of it in a locked storage unit located less than a block away at NO extra charge.
