I am originally from the Midwest, and migrated west to get sunshine and warm weather! I have become very fond of the San Diego area, and all of the towns and cities that make up the county. I am happy to share my home so others can experience the beauty and fun of Southern California!

I love the location of this condo because you are so close to Carlsbad Village and the Beach for enjoying a beautiful day! You are also conveniently located to major roads and freeways for exploring other areas, and depending on traffic, are an easy drive to the city of San Diego, and to Orange County or LA.
What makes this property unique
I take pride in providing a clean and safe place to stay. I also love the ample natural light that comes through during the day. It is the perfect size to enjoy a getaway solo or with a small group, and provides tons of storage and closet space!
