Guests will have access to the entire property except the lakefront beach that is accessible from the home. That is a PRIVATE beach for residents only, NOT guests.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via Airbnb messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

BEACH ACCESS
>This home has a path that leads to a lakefront beach, however, guests are NOT allowed to used this beach. It is for residents only and they are strict on guest access. Attempted use of the beach will result in a fine, eviction and no refund. Zero tolerance rule with the neighbors/community. There is a public beach cove walking distance from the property that guests are allowed to use. We are located next to the site 6 boat loading zone, and boat parking is directly across the street from home.

PETS
>Sorry, we can not provide accommodations for your furry friends! We do have other listings that can, so please reach out if this is a must!
>No service pets allowed, either. Owner uses home often and has serious reactions to pet dander.

$500-$1000 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection

>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.

Great Spot!

The amenities of the location were great! It was nice having a slip for the boat plus a private boat launch. We saw maintenance and security driving around often. The pool area and bathrooms were very clean too. The rental had everything we needed and my kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft!

Amazing Lake Property With Stunning Views

We absolutely loved our stay at this Lake Havasu VRBO! From the moment we walked in, it felt just like home. The space was incredibly spacious—there were only three of us, but we could have easily fit another family with room to spare. Our son especially loved the loft; it felt like his own private clubhouse, and he spent hours up there! One of our favorite features was the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. They provided a perfect view of the boats on the water, which we thoroughly enjoyed watching each day. This place was the perfect getaway, and we can't wait to come back!

Room to Move

It's a newly built property with a great layout, room for everyone. Two beds and two full bathrooms, a rarity in Sams'. New finishes, new kitchen, new appliances, new bathrooms. It was refreshing. I'm hoping they haven't gotten the window coverings yet? It's a beautiful view but I could appreciate a few moments in the early morning without the glare, definitenly not a deal breaker. The loft was great, the ladder to it, not so much, it looks nice but hurts your hands to use. The patio deck and barbecue were great for hanging out and grilling dinner, with a party of 8 we took full advantage. It's a little pricy, but well worth it if you can afford it, and We'll be back next time.
