Wonderful home

A large family group stayed here as it was a mile from a family wedding celebration we were all attending. There was room for everyone with multiple levels each having bedrooms (2 on lower level, one on main level and 3 on 3rd level with a bonus room on 4th level). It was very clean, The pool was a plus we enjoyed for a couple hours every day, especially the. preteen and teenager and me💕. As another mentioned, route one is busy busy road and must use caution. The neighborhood you would need to pass through for fastest beach access on foot is gated so one must walk further or hop in car to drive to the beach - not a big deal as we were there in late September. I hope to return as we love the beach in cooler less busy months.

Great Place for Family Getaway

This is the third time we stay there and have enjoyed it every time. The pool is wonderful and just a quick drive to beach of your choice, as well as access to hiking trails. The communication with the owner and response time to our questions is A++.

Great host and large house in Bethany

Easily accomidated 8 adults on golf outing. Ample gathering spaces, heated pool was nice. Convenient location between OC and Dewey.

Location Location

The house was perfect for our stay. The pool was warm and fun. If you did not feel like leaving you had everything onsite too keep busy. Location was quiet and relaxing. Grocery stores are close with great variety. The house had plenty of kitchen tools and products which was a surprise. The shower water pressure was amazing. The beach parking pass gets you parking with a fee. Host was informative and helpful

Great place-- Pictures do not give this place full credit

We had a wonderful stay. The pictures on the website did not give it the full credit it deserves. We had a wonderful stay. There is much more decoration than pictured in the photos and we really liked the decor. They have wonderful kitchen that was stocked with equipment and even had soy sauce. We really appreciated that they provided some extra items that was really helpful. The property even had baby gate and other items that made our stay comfortable. It was close to beaches and a great place for a social distanced vacation. we were able to visit national parks and close enough to supermarkets. The owner was very responsive and even helped us use the fireplace. It was nice and cozy. The space was a great place to relax and enjoy the vacation. We would love to stay there again in the future !! Thanks for making us feel so welcomed. Next time, i would love to use the pool! Great place and do not hesitate to stay here again.

huge place, great price and location

My family and my sister's family (both families of 5, with 6 kids under 10 including two infants) stayed here for a long weekend in April. It had plenty of space for all of us. It's easily accessible off Rt 1, and a short drive to Bethany Beach. The pool was cold in April of course but the kids still had a lot of fun swimming. The off-season price was amazing for the size and location. There was a bit of a mix-up regarding check-in, but it was resolved smoothly thanks to a responsive host. Highly recommended.

Bethany Beach for Easter

House was lovely, very well equipped and clean, with amazingly solicitous owner and housekeeper ( his sister) who were just great. We fell jn love with the empty beaches of the state park while teenagers enjoyed the small downtown a quick ride away. Wished the Coastal Highway had been a little less busy - you have to go on it to get anywhere - but thats a small price to pay.

Perfect home for family Thanksgiving gathering

My husband and I stayed with our four college -aged kids for Thanksgiving . Lots of room to socially distance but still be together. The home is amazing, beautifully decorated and a well stocked kitchen in which I was able to make a a full Thanksgiving feast. Entire home is luxurious but the master bedroom upstairs is magnificent! Felt like a 5 star hotel (we travel a lot!). Close to the beach for long walks and lots of restaurants and other conveniences. The pool looks fantastic , we hope to come again when it’s warm so we can use it! Landlord was prompt with answering questions and gracious.

Beautiful location with lots of room

Just a stayed here and had a wonderful experience, the location is right by the beach in a very private setting. The house is generously stocked with everything you could possibly need and the owner was a joy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend it.

EXCELLENT PLACE

We decided to try somewhere that was closed to home and it was perfect, the area was quiet, the house was clean and roomy, there were enough seating and plenty of porches. I would recommend this place to anyone, we had a siblings get together and my whole family was impress with the place and very much pleased. I will definitely be renting this place again. Frank the owner was easy to talk to and communicated with me expeditiously. I loved it. Thanks

Perfect for large families

The Oasis was a beautiful home that we held our father’s 90th birthday dinner party at. We had dinner with 42 family members and NO ONE felt cramped or overcrowded!! Multiple decks around the house with ample seating both inside and outside of the home. The home was decorated with “Asian” influences which suited us just fine as we are a blended family of Filipino ancestry so we all felt it was destiny and that we had found the perfect place for our gathering!! 14 of us stayed in the home and not one complaint could be found. We just wished that it were much warmer weather wise as the pool would have certainly been utilized! The gas grill outside was new and the gas tank was full. Home was clean and very comfortable. No issues with water pressure while 4 showers were in use. Would definitely stay there again!!
