This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex is bright and open! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Less than 10 minutes from the major hospitals (Cox South & Mercy). Less than 5 min from hwy 65. The living room has a large sectional that pulls out into a sleeper sofa. Comes stocked with a fully loaded kitchen: Keurig, pots/pans, refrigerator, and microwave. Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room. Complementary farm fresh eggs available upon request.
