Designed with clean lines, yet comfortable and cozy, our Palm Springs home is in the elegant Sunmor neighborhood of central Palm Springs. Our relaxing oasis features a newly renovated pool and spa, chaise lounges overlooking the mountains, a plush daybed with awning, and tons of open living space to enjoy and relax in.
The home is furnished with stunning mid-century modern furniture and eclectic touches that evoke the past and present vibrancy of our desert community. The bright and airy living room contains richly colored plush seating, a large flat screen TV, and plenty of room for you to relax and unwind in. The new and reconfigured kitchen features brand new stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of countertops for you to create that perfect meal. The dining area contains an eight-person dining room table that’s ideal for dinner parties, and the kitchen bar calls for that idyllic cozy and casual cocktail setting.
Our three bedrooms are inviting and feature Lull premium memory foam mattresses. The beds are outfitted with soft, premium sheets, to give you that perfect night’s sleep. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. The master bedroom contains a plush King-size bed and has a large en-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower featuring 3D tiles. The master bedroom is full of natural light, and contains sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the pool and hot tub area.
The second bedroom has a comfy Queen-size bed, plenty of closet space, and sliding glass doors that open out to a path leading to the pool and spa. The third bedroom has two Twin-size beds, ample closet space, and features plenty of room to stretch out in. The two rooms share a spacious guest bathroom, which also has a large walk-in shower with 3D tiles, generous countertop space, and endless amounts of natural sunlight.
The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area really steals the show at this property, offering complete privacy and stunning views of the mountains from the uniquely shaped pool and hot tub. Several comfy chaise lounges, a plush daybed, and even a hammock offer you the opportunity to relax and re-energize, while the large outdoor dining table provides for the ideal opportunity to enjoy evening meals al fresco. The backyard also features a natural gas BBQ grill for that perfect outdoor meal overlooking the sunset over the mountains.
Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house, SmartTV, and a brand new washer/dryer. You’ll have access to our garage, and can easily park additional vehicles in the driveway and street.

Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. They will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. They are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
The property is located in the gorgeous Sunmor neighborhood of central Palm Springs. Nearby attractions include the many restaurants and nightlife of Downtown Palm Springs, the galleries and hot spots of the Uptown Design District, the world famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Palm Springs Air Museum.
The house is a quick Uber or taxi ride from Palm Springs International Airport. It’s also surrounded by an endless array of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping options. Grocery stores and gyms are all close by, and we provide recommendations for anything you might need.
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 10 people.
- Overnight occupancy is 6 people.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
- The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- Pets are not allowed at this property. Any signs of pets on the property will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.
POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day (includes spa heat).
- The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.
- Spa heat only is $25/day.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
● $99: 1-29 nights
● $450: 30-59 nights
● $150: each additional 30-night block
