Dirty - not well maintained

When arriving at the property check in was easy but the apartment was not cleaned well. Dirty dishes in cabinet, food on the floor, food stains on the cabinets, crumbs in the freezer. The bathroom faucet was not attached to the vanity top, there were many vertical blinds missing. The one toilet was extremely noisy and constantly ran. Great location to the metro to get down town but not well maintained.

Convenient Location - Condo leaves a lot to be desired

I loved that I could find a condo within walking distance to most of my meetings while staying in Arlington. The condo is spacious; 2 bedrooms, living and dining rooms and kitchen (not fully equipped, though, if you plan to cook). I received clear arrival instructions the day before my trip. I did need to use parking and sent three unanswered notes via VRBO messages. After a phone call, my issue was resolved and I was provided a link to pay for parking. I checked-in with no issues. The Concierge recommended taking a photo of the fob and key for my records, which I did. She instructed me on where to park (it's easy to get into the building from the designated lot) and provided me an overview of the building: gym, small shoppette, and even a hair/nail salon! I entered the condo and my sinuses were immediately overwhelmed. I found a Glade plug-in in the dining area, removed it, and placed it under the kitchen sink. I noticed the condo overall was clean (some carpet stains); some features were dated (sinks and whatnot), but that doesn't bother me. I sent a note to the host regarding the plug-in. I also notified them that most of the windows were slightly open (1 or 2 inches)/unlocked upon my arrival and that the heater in the living room was broken. Summary: - great location - spacious space - bare kitchen - no heat in living room - mostly clean - building amenities are a bonus
