This 3 bed, 2 bath home is beautifully decorated providing the comforts of home yet the warmth of the Emerald Coast. Take 30 second stroll to the private beach access or spend the day at the community pool.

Make your way just down 30A to the beach access and you'll have your toes in the sand within minutes.

Heading out the subdivision, cross 30A and turn right onto the walking path. Take this down a few feet past The Palms to your beach access, Pelayo.
