Our space is surrounded by the top bars & restaurants including Ice Plant, Preserved, & Blue Hen. #1 beach in St. Augustine is located only 4-miles away.

Coral Casa is a two-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms - Our space has the availability to sleep 6 guests with the capacity of parking for 2 standard size vehicles.
>Master BR: King bed, Ensuite master bathroom with large shower & double vanity, dresser, 2nd floor private balcony with outdoor furniture.
>Guest BR 1: Queen bed, Dresser, Smart TV, Closet, 2nd floor private balcony with outdoor furniture.
>Guest BR 2: Bunk bed with 2x single beds, Dresser.
>Patios: Front and private backyard patios with outdoor furniture including grill.
>Kitchen: Fully stocked and ready for home cooked family meals - Kitchen island seating for 4.
>Living/Dining Room: Comfortable leather couches, Dining table for 4, Smart Tv - Board and card games provided for our guests.
>Laundry: Washer and Dryer located on the 1st floor for guests use - Detergent is provided.
>Parking: 2 standard size, off-street parking spaces.
>No pets allowed.

PET FRIENDLY - Up to 2 dogs maximum, pet fee is $189.00 and will be charged separately after the booking is confirmed. You are responsible for any damage from your pet.
All pets must be approved by host before check in. Please note that Airbnb does not automatically add the pet fee. We will manually add a pet fee of $189.00 after the booking is confirmed and it will need to be paid prior to your arrival.

Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.

Guests have access to the entire cottage.
