Had a wonderful stay in Dallas at this Oaklawn townhome. The area is a quiet residential enclave but only blocks away from restaurants and grocery store and short drive to many of Dallas attractions so very convenient. The home itself has plenty of space as bedrooms are large. Living area is comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. We had an easy check-in. Will definitely use again and give high marks for cleanliness, comfort and location.
The townhome worked out great for our trip to Dallas and it was a central location, perfect for our needs. We ended up not using the bottom bedroom because it was too far away from the rest of the family in the upper floors that our daughter was too scared to be that far away.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short distance from the hospital where we were visiting family. It made our trips back and forth so convenient. The area was quiet and safe, which gave us peace of mind during a stressful time. The townhouse itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’re so grateful for the comfort it provided during our visit. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property
I loved the proximity to all attractions in Dallas but having the quiet neighborhood feel. I also love that I can walk to the gym, grocery store, or coffee shop around the neighborhood. There is also Turtle Creek and Katy nearby, both great walking trails. Uber can get you to downtown/deep ellum/SMU typically in less than 15 mins from the property.
What makes this property unique
Probably my hands on approach. Im a little OCD when it comes to the behind the scenes organization of linens, towels being folded, hung a certain way, and presentation is super important to me. I try to coach the turnover people on the importance of presentation, and try and check in between reservations to ensure the quality of your stay is up to my standards as if I were the guest. The Neighbors are all great (as long as you are respectful and don't park where you shouldn't lol!) and I have really enjoyed owning this property.
