Just a short 5 min drive gets you to both Cottonwood Canyons for world-class skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, and rock climbing. Dedicated parking. Private hot tub and shared pool(closed for winters) with mountain views. Full kitchen appointed for cooking and dining. Quality mattress and pillows. Washer/dryer in unit. Max 4 guests w/ fold down couch in the loft.
