Lodges are situated in private entrances with landscaped gardens.There is a private electric gate with parking available.
The property dates back to 1830 and we have converted the lodge/coach-house into a modern accommodation but keeping its history and beauty.
Bed configuration can be arrange to suit.
Standard bed layout is:
Bedroom 1 : 2 x single beds (king size)
Bedroom 2 : 3 x single beds (king size + single)
Bedroom 3 : 1 x single bed
Living room : Double sofa bed
There is well equipped kitchen and generous living area.

Wohnen im Townhouse
In einem schönen Viertel-Ballsbridge- liegt diese Wohung, die sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt. Drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, ein großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich machen den Urlaub sehr angenehm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso ein sehr gutes malaiisches Restaurant namens Langkawi. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Türe, es handelt sich um eine Endhaltestelle, wo man jedenfalls unter der Woche alle Viertelstunde fahren kann. Man wäre aber auch zu Fuß in gut einer halben Stunde in der Grafton Street. Auch ein Taxistand ist unmittelbar vor dem nahe gelegenen Hotel. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig, direkt gegen über ist der große Bürokomplex von Amazon, und weitere Büroeinrichtungen. Man schläft sehr ruhig und gut. Wir kamen spät an, aber unser Taxifahrer hatte die Schlüssel und hat das Check in ganz unkompliziert erledigt. Es empfiehlt sich den Transfair mit dem Taxi dazu zu buchen (45 € pro Strecke). An der Wohnung gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Es ist sehr heimelig. Wir waren im kühlen Februar dort, die Wohnung war sehr gut beheizbar. Ein Ausflug in den Fischer Ort Howth mit der Dartbahn , nur 20 Minuten von Dublin entfernt empfiehlt sich sehr. Frischer Fisch und frische Austern und eine schöne Meeresbrise der irischen See. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Charming Updated Carriage House
Clean and comfortable updated carriage house in nice neighborhood. Short walk to restaurants and grocery store. Management company easy to communicate with. They responded right away to help us get the heat working and to deliver more towels. Both bathrooms are on the first floor. One bathroom is connected to small bedroom with a twin bed so not easily accessible to others in the group when that person is sleeping. The larger common bathroom is off the 1st floor hall close to the 2nd larger bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs off the open Kitchen/Dining/Living space. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very nice, properly furnished, and the office staff was great. The close proximity of pubs, restaurants, and grocery and wine stores was very convenient.

Great location, lovely flat
A clean, bright, charming flat. We loved the neighborhood and its close proximity to the canal, restaurants and grocery shopping. Comfortable beds, quiet building and parking on-site. A short walk or bus ride to the town center. Nice being away from the hub of tourist activity, with a more residential feeling. Would stay there again.

Excellent Apartment in a great location
The apartment was excellent, exactly how it was described. The taxi drivers that the management company use were fantastic very informative so would recommend using this service if you need to arrange transport from the airport. The apartment itself is quiet but well located. There is a bus stop nearby and buses regularly take you to the main tourist areas of Dublin. Would definitely recommend this apartment to all our family and friends.

Great location, great experience.
The flat was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Good furnishings, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the flat is pretty large. The service by the owner team was very responsive and helpful at all times. The location is great, close to a lot of good places to eat and almost everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The drivers that the flat managers use are awesome as well, always on time, always great to spend time with. We went on one of the tours to Belfast arranged by the flat manager and that was a great time. Would stay there again.

Amazing location, quiet and charming
We loved our stay in this little cottage, tucked away from the street in a quiet courtyard but just around the corner from great restaurants and other conveniences like Tesco and Donnybrook Farms. It's a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the City Centre. The place was perfect for our 4-person family, particularly with the two bathrooms and washer/dryer. Our only complaint is that the cottage was not well stocked with basic necessities, so we had to buy paper towels, laundry detergent, and toilet paper to last for our week-long stay -- these are basics that really should be provided, and I'd recommend that the property management company look at their policies in this regard.

Outstanding service, location, and accommodation
I have booked this apartment as a birthday surprise for my husband and our stay there was beyond our expectations. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The style of the furniture is a high end one and everything inside looked very well-maintained. There were a wide range of appliances that were clean and easy to use. The staff were very helpful and friendly and catered to our needs. We had a smooth check-in and even if we arrived early with airport pick booked directly from the same company, we were able to store our luggages in the main office and then the driver came back to pick us up and drop us to the apartment. The location was perfect for our required event and very close to the tram and public bus. I would highly recommend this apartment for both families and groups getaways.

Lo que no muestran las fotografias
Alquilamos la propiedad por la ubicación, excelente. La casa está en un recinto privado, muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones son luminosas pero necesita mantenimiento. Especialmente, tienen que cambiar la bomba del motor del agua. El ruido que hace cada vez que se abre un grifo, se usa la cisterna o se pone en marcha el lavavajillas o la lavadora es insoportable. Con un poco de cariño podría ser un alojamiento ideal.
