Why they chose this property

Though this is a newly developing city, there was no particular purpose or intention to settle in this neighborhood. Just I've come to this town simply looking for a house that fits my assets. However, I can feel a peaceful rural atmosphere despite being close to Seoul, airports(Gimpo & Incheon airport), and the seaside, so I feel that this is a good place to live.

What makes this property unique

Among the services I provide, I believe that there are unique services something that only be given to a real family and that you never meet anywhere else. For example, free pick-up service when you miss the last bus at a nearby subway station late at night, and the meeting you when you arrive at the airport and hospitality like family.
