Villa Casa Roc is a modern 3-bedroom villa located in Gustavia within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This villa offers amazing views of the harbor. A spacious living area with large, glass sliding doors opens to the terrace and view, making this an ideal spot to watch boats or fireworks. A large breakfast bar separates the living room from the modern, well-equipped kitchen. Located off the living room is a large outdoor dining area, which overlooks the harbor. Behind the living room is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. The second bedroom is located on a lower level and is slightly smaller and has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is located in a separate bungalow with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and terrace. A deck with loungers surrounds the pool on the lower level, while a Jacuzzi is located above. The house also comes with WiFi, a gas and flat-top (plancha) grill, and French satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom. Villa Casa Roc comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. This villa is suitable for children over 12 years old.
