Welcome to our exquisite FAMILY VACATION HOME nestled within a captivating resort setting only 9 miles from DISNEY, 3 miles from Walmart & 40 mins from MCO Airport ! This retreat has been carefully designed to provide you with a rejuvenating and unforgettable experience. Enjoy the AMAZING amenities that Regal Palms Resorts has to offer. Our home offers two master suits, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living space, king beds, themed kid’s bedrooms, handicap accessible unit and much more! Rules - No smoking
- Pet friendly with a $50 fee (+ fees & taxes, 2 pets maximum, dogs, cats & birds allowed)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 21 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: A charge of $22.50 per unit per day will be charged to access the community amenities
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed. The Regal Palms Resort also features community security cameras throughout the property for guest safety
- NOTE: This property doesn’t require stairs to access, however, some bedrooms are located on the second floor which is only accessible by stairs. This may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- NOTE: Essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags will be provided when you first arrive at the property, but these items will not be restocked if you run out during your stay and you will be responsible for purchasing any extra essentials you may need

Amenities were excellent. Townhouse needs an update. Cleaning crew needs to be a lot better. We were there for a month and had no vacuum. Carpet was dirty, bath tubs were nasty. Area had everything thing you need while in location.

Not as expected

The feaort was beautiful. The condo however was dirty. The carpets looked like they havnt been cleaned ever. The stove was so dirty that i didnt want to cook on it. The closet doors to the washer dryer were leaning in the closet not hung up. The furniture was stained and not clean. And the lock on the door was broken and it took till the last day of our 7 day stay to fix it.

Best pace ever

This house is amazing it’s lot of room for my kids ..Room for the adults . Plenary of bathrooms , very clean games to play tvs in all rooms this house was perfect for us thank so much we can’t wait to come back we had a great stay

A little outdated but still fun

The house itself was a bit outdated...older furniture, small kitchen, old appliances etc. The size was good for our family of 7. Would be nice to have better appliances, and cook ware. The resort was nice, the pool area was excellent. A bit far from the attractions especially with the increased traffic in Orlando these days. (Often took 1 hour to get to universal from regal palms). The resort fee's are a bit high considering how much is paid for the actual house rental...Would make me reconsider booking at regal palms in the future.

A nice change!

We typically vacation in the Daytona area but we had some other plans this year which put Orlando centrally located for us. We prefer to stay off the busy path and Davenport Fl seemed to be just that. The surrounding area has everything we needed and it was easy enough to get where we needed to go. Pros - the kids loved the pool area, people were friendly, we felt safe in the gated community, the unit was clean and the space for our family very well. Cons - fortunately there weren’t many cons to mention. For a unit that sleeps 8 we found it odd ot have 3-4 towels and wash clothes and none at all for the kitchen. The master bath had a mildew smell but we just left the fan run with the door shut so it wasn’t an issue. Overall we would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we hope to be back soon ourselves!

Disney Vacation

Great place for families, has a bedroom downstairs, high chair for baby and pack n play. It’s about 40 minute drive to Disney Parks. Just needed extra towels for larger groups. Very private and secure in gated community , resort with nice pool areas! Enjoyed our stay!

Universal Studios Vacation

Overall a very nice property with great amenities. Had issue with AC first night but host was able to direct us in resetting AC and get it working. A AC leak problem but host is addressing the issue.

Great Stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The townhouse was clean and roomy. The facility and resort were great for our young teens. The best part was the availability and communication of the host. He was super helpful and communicative throughout the stay.

A great vacation had by all

We could not have stayed in a hotel for a week, with two teenagers and a dog we needed space and this rental gave us just that. The club house was friendly and clean, pool was an added bonus.We would definitly visit again. Thank you for the great memories.

Great place to vacation

I was very pleased with my stay. Our family had a lot of fun exploring the area and enjoying the sun by the pool. The unit itself was clean and provided all we needed at the end of busy days exploring beautiful Florida!

Lovely Stay

The condo is very spacious and suitably appointed; the beds are very comfortable; bedding and linens were wonderful and better than in other locations where we have stayed, and the living room furniture is in great condition. The entertainment systems were great – nice large screens. Great WiFi as well. David, our host, was quick to address our concerns and had a plumber in the next day for the clogged drains and to anchor the dishwasher. Some basic maintenance with the shower taps and toilets is needed in-between guests. Some updates to window coverings and shower curtains are needed. Overall this is a great family vacation destination with the pool, lazy river and slide and comfortable condo.

Quiet and spacious

We really enjoy staying in this rental - there was plenty of space and the neibougrhood is very quiet. The facilicities (pool area) was a nice treat at the end of the day.

Girls trip

The house was perfect for us. It was clean. However the first morning we got up the sprinklers came on witch was fine, but they never went off. We contacted our representative and it took until the next day to vet them shut off so we got wet everytime we need to go tobour vehicle and couldn't go out in the yard or patio. We did get a $50. refund for our inconvenience. Then on our second day the internet went out once again contacted our representative and he said he was working on it and it never did come back on. So imagin 5 teenage girls and a 2 year old no internet no tv. For the remainder of our stay. We were not given any refunds for having no internet. Some of the recepts didn't work. So check that i thought my phone was charging but it wasn't so i had a dead phone for one of the days. But we still enjoyed ourselves. Just wish we would have had internet.

Beautiful Resort/Stocked Home

The home was beautiful. I was pleased to arrive and see the kitchen had a roll of paper towels, dish soap, 4 dishwasher tablets, and a bag ice in the freezer. Bathrooms had hand soap, one bar soap, and a starter shampoo and conditioner. There was also one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, pool floats, and Keurig. Multiple blow dryers and a standing fan for some bedrooms. David was quick to respond and help however he could to make our stay wonderful!

Awesome stay

Pictures don't do this justice. Furnishings were top notch, cleaning company missed a few things but not the owners responsibility. Will definitely rent again, our 4th time here.
