In the heart of Charlotte

Beautiful location with fabulous restaurants and fantastic shopping mall. The amenities were perfect as was the gym which we used everyday!

Clean but lacking some guests essentials.

Communication was great mostly until I asked for a creídos because the unit didn’t have a/c. Even after maintenance came it still didn’t have a/c. Luckily it wasn’t super hot weather and we opened window but there was no cross ventilation. And the birds began at 3 AM!! The unit thermostat was 78 degrees most of the time. We were unable to change it. After requesting some money back we never got a response from the hosts. The unit was clean but not completely ready for guests. We had to look for towels which didn’t have complete sets. 4-5 bath and 1 hand towel with 3 or 4 wash cloths. Found 1 dish towel mixed with bath towels. All fine but definitely not set up like most VRBOs for guests. Hosts did deliver dish detergent after we asked for it and had to request WiFi code because there were no instructions in the unit about WiFi or exit instructions. Th
