Gorgeous views and a private dock make it the perfect place for swimming, floating, fishing, kayaking, tubing, and a jet ski or boat ride. Conveniently located on 2 MM with easy access to several restaurants, bars, and marinas. Bagnell Dam is less than a 5 minute drive !

This home is a private oasis! You will love relaxing by the water or stepping out on the deck in the morning with your coffee. Your kids will love splashing around, jumping off the dock, and exploring nature throughout the cove. For those with fur babies that never get left behind, the fenced in yard will keep them safe and give you peace of mind.

This is a multilevel home with plenty of space. The main floor features a fully-equipped kitchen and open-concept living area that extends out to a large deck with separate screened porch overlooking the lake - perfect for grilling and entertaining!

Upstairs features three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: king bed w/ private en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the water
Bedroom 2: queen bed w/ shared bathroom
Bedroom 3: queen bed w/ shared bathroom

Amenities include all towels and linens, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen ware, gas grill on the deck, fishing poles, and basic floaties and life jackets.

Recommended to bring toiletries, perishable kitchen items including seasonings and oils, sun block, lotion, and other personal items.

Add-on items are available. Please message if interested in boat lift, kayaks, lily pad, or grocery pick-up prior to your arrival.



Additional rules
We appreciate you taking care of the home and respecting our community as if it were your own. This is a relatively quiet cove and a great neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Recommended quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

House Rules:
- No smoking
- No events, parities, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- No unregistered overnight guests
- No fireworks on the property
- Only flush toilet paper down the toilets
- If there is a mess or concern during your stay, clean it or notify us right away

SAFETY:
Your safety matters. There are external security cameras around the property that record when activated by motion. The cameras do not face interior spaces.
- Remember this is a lake and not a pool. The water is dark, and it's more difficult to see. Protect yourself with whatever safety devices you deem necessary.
- Please do not jump off the dock near the boat lift. Do not swim near cables anchoring the dock. Do not swim under the dock or near the sea wall.
- Do not climb up the sea wall or stand on top of the sea wall.
- Please lift the dock ladder from the water at the end of each evening to ensure it stays clean and safe.

Pet Policy:
Small dogs welcome with host approval. $125 non-refundable pet fee, and $25/each for additional pets. No cats or puppies. Pet owners will be responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages caused by pets.

Cleaning Policy:
- We will oversee all cleaning, disinfecting, laundry, etc. to ensure the property remains at the highest standard.
- Please take responsibility for picking up trash from the deck and dock. Additional cleaning fees will be applied for any unbagged litter.
- A bio-hazard cleaning fee will be charged for any bodily fluids (vomit, waste, etc) in the home.

** Violation of any of the above rules or policies that results additional costs will be billed to guests.
** Additional fees may be applied to replace damaged items (including but not limited to furniture, flooring, rugs, etc.) or if excess cleaning is required.
** If we receive noise complaints or safety concerns from neighbors, the situation must be rectified, or we may ask you to leave without refund.

Waiver:
We love our guests and hope everyone enjoys themselves, but the lake and the home have inherent risks. Please use the dock and swim at your own risk. The host takes no responsibility or liability for damages or injuries incurred during your stay. By booking the guests acknowledge the risk associated with use of the home, dock, and affiliated amenities during their stay. The guests will assume full responsibility for damages or injury resulting from use of one or all related activities. Thank you!
