Just as expected!

The house is just on the edge of town. Great place for our trips out to Blue Mesa! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Very comfortable setting!

Beautiful property

This property is absolutely lovely. It’s comfortable, completely outfitted with everything we needed, and the hosts are so wonderful. If we ever pass through Gunnison again, we would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful House

House is very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped. Francois has been responsive and very helpful if we needed help. Beautiful house that alowed us to explore the area and 30 min away from Crested Bute.

Perfect home away from home

We loved this place! It was spacious, cozy, and has an excellent floor plan. The entryway was great for all of our winter gear, and the kitchen/ dining/ living room was open for visiting. Our family of 7 had a great time- skiing at Crested Butte and the Nordic Center. We loved having the kids on the basement level. The in-floor heating was a bonus. I can't think of any detail that wasn't considered in making this a perfect getaway. We would definitely come again!

Best vacation rental so for in Gunnison

It's a newly built home, but the owners of this property have upgraded more things than other rentals in Gunnison, like toilet paper, beds and bedding and the use of the garage. The owners take pride in making your stay pleasant. I would highly recommend this comfortable rental, better than 5 star

We are originally from Canada but have been living in USA for 30 years. We love outdoors and have been in love with the Gunnison/Crested Butte area for the last 20 years.

Why they chose this property

Away from the crowds of Denver and I70, access to huge National Forest land with outstanding activities. Gunnison is very convenient, all the services close buy, and easy access to the nicest areas.
