With 1,270 square feet of cozy charm, this condo is the perfect place to unwind. The main bedroom offers a king bed and a whirlpool tub for ultimate relaxation, while the second bedroom features two twin beds, ideal for friends or family.

The full kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, and the dining area is just waiting for you to gather and enjoy your creations. The living room invites you to relax with its comfy sleeper sofa, cable TV, and a gas-log fireplace—perfect for those crisp mountain nights.

Step out onto the private, covered balcony and be enchanted by the breathtaking mountain views surrounding you—nature's beauty at its finest! This non-smoking condo has plenty of room for everyone, but please note that no pets are allowed.

Getting Around:
During the winter, sometimes the snow falls so quickly that the roads cannot be cleared quickly enough. During those times, the Town of Beech Mountain requires snow tires, snow chains, or 4WD/AWD. Local vendors like High South Auto will deliver and install chains. Another option is to get chains at a Walmart along the way, which would be much more cost effective.

Other Things to Note:
The property will take a $300 security hold at check in that is refundable based on inspection of the room.
