The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8

The living/dining area is accented with a large wall mirror, making the space open and bright. The living room includes comfortable furniture. And the best living room feature? Access to the top-floor balcony, which offers an amazing panoramic view of the beach and the pool/spa area of the resort below.

All units at Pelican Isle

Exposed lighting fixtures. The complex itself is well maintained and the walk to the beach is short. Booked with Brooks and Shorey. Always got into the room well ahead of the 4 pm check in. No one ever called to tell us our room was ready for check in.

Perfect Location

Close to everything but beaches aren’t near as crazy as Destin or Pensacola. Unit was perfect except for the ladder on the bunk beds was wobbly and I didn’t feel safe having my children sleep on it so they just slept with me. Mine are 4 and 5 but older children would probably be okay. The unit had EVERYTHING a including trash bags and detergents so I didn’t need to buy anything extra. Would definitely book again!

No hot tub

The hot tub was closed. I called the rental agent and explained that I booked the unit in Pelican Isle and paid more than other condos were charging because the unit advertised that they had a hut tub. The rental company cared less. The next day I spoke to an owner of one of the units in the building and they informed me that, “the hut tub is never open.”

Great girls weekend!

My mom, my sister and I stayed. It's a great place, great view and easy beach access. Just a heads up, there is a parking pass that you are supposed to print off before you go. We didn't read that email. We called the office and they were able to print us two that we had to stop and pick up. When we got to the place, however, there were two on the counter. There are no condiments but the Publix is not far. They do have starter garbage bags, a roll of paper towels, some paper towelsand a couple packs of dish washer detergent. There was no actual dish detergent or laundry detergent. It is a regular coffee pot. No filters there. But there is a wine opener or two!

Family vacation

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle. Overall the condo was well-maintained and very clean. The building was family friendly and the so was the atmosphere. We’d be more than happy to come again. The kids had fun in the water and on the beautiful beach.

Great Location

We have been coming to Destin for years and decided this year to try Okaloosa Island. It was July 4th weekend so was fearing the worse but was suprised..SOOO much better than I thought..traffic wasnt bad on the island..food was great in the area..even drove to Destin in 15 mins ate at McGuires and drove back without any waits..the unit was clean..could of used a few wine glasses but other than that was well stocked with everything you need..the back deck was a lil smaller than i wished for but we spent alot of the time on the beach which was amazing..I would stay on the Island again..Rob

Family Vacation

This was my in-laws first time to Destin/Okaloosa Island and we are already planning a trip for next year. We are so excited to come back and hopefully to stay in the same condo. It was perfect for us!
