Retreat to this relaxing pool home in a quiet setting in old Florida tradition. Please come visit us in our family friendly home! Spend warm summer days splashing in the pool or chilly winter nights soaking in the hot tub. We can accommodate you in any season!! Central Mandarin neighborhood on the southeast side of the St Johns River. 28 mins to downtown Jacksonville, 31 mins to Ponte Vedra Beach, 29 mins to St Augustine, 25 mins to Mayo Clinic and 2 and a half hours to Walt Disney World. Great restaurants & golf are always nearby. A great day trip St Augustine is really a treasure with so much to do day or night. We'll provide the beach towels & sunscreen, you keep the memories!! Come see what's so special about this area. We'd love to host you!

Great family trip

Family wedding in the area. Location and house as well as host couldn’t have been better!! Great time and memories made. Host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating & wonderful to work with!!!!

Amazing!

The house is wonderful! It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, very spacious and the pool is amazing and the host Ann was very kind ! I highly recommend the stay here ! Stores close by and easy access to the beach! Definitely I’ll be back ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This house met all of our needs...location, size, pool. Food and stores were nearby. The owner was available each and every time we had questions. Check-in and check-out was super easy. The only negative was the condition of the home. A good cleaning service needs to be hired, especially with the price of this rental.

Pleasantly Beautiful, Private Home

My stay was pleasant; The house was a beautiful, relaxing private home. However, there were some uncountable situations with the pool and hot water. The hot tub jets were not working. We called the manager, but the pool guy did not come immediately. He came after five days. As per the pool guy, the pool began to lose water, and we could not heat it until it was fixed. Also, my family and I had to wait for hot showers. The hot water was limited. My family had to wait 20 min for hot water per individual to take a shower (family of 9), and to receive hot water, we needed to wait 5 minutes before the water became at a comfortable temperature which was inconvenient.
