Welcome to Irish Acres Camping Retreat! Located in the heart of Northern Michigan, we are a wonderful vacation destination. Minutes from downtown Indian River, MI. Local attractions such as inland lake boating, 500 acres of state land ATV trails and hunting, snowmobile trails, and fishing.

Accommodations at Irish Acres include a 39' fifth wheel toy hauler with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, a gas grill, and fire pit. Bring your ATV's and ride on state land with the entrance being right across the street. Bring your boats and water toys to trailer to Mullet Lake Jewel Rd Boat Launch 2 miles away.

Glamping in Indian River

Camper worked out great for us! Plenty of room and the outdoor area was nice, quiet and relaxing. If you are a trail rider, you have direct access up the road. Looking forward to staying again!

Great location lots of space

We enjoyed our stay here- we ventured to Petoskey and Cheboygan. Very close to Mullet Lake & would be perfect for getaways on the water. The bunks were huge, perfect for our kids. More spacious than we were expecting!

Good location, perfect camping experience in woods, for my whole family at the comfort of staying in camper. Susan was very helpful for all our questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend this place.

Quiet Getaway

John and Susan were great hosts and very helpful. The camper was very clean and taken care of. The camper was located on their property and had plenty of trails nearby to walk or bike along.

The camper was very nice and was supplied with basic necessities. The owners were available as needed and quick to respond. However, there was a strong sewer smell throughout our stay which made it difficult to be in the camper at times.

Nice little camper away from noise and people. Very private, clean, and comfy with everything we needed for the weekend. Nice ATV trails nearby too. We were able to ride 3 systems and we enjoyed all of them. We would definitely come back.

Very comfortable. Like camping but with no tent and indoor bathrooms.

The trailer was bigger on the inside than the pictures would indicate. It had everything needed for cooking and eating. Very comfortable beds. Peaceful and quiet. Hosts were very accommodating. We went there to fish. Plenty of room for vehicle and boat trailer. Would definitely rent again.

Everything was great. Clean and ready to go. If you like ATVs the trails are right there. If you like hiking there is endless woods and trails. John and Susan were excellent hosts. We will be back asap.

Basically had the forest to ourselves!

I gotta say John's place was a real winner for us! If you're into ORVing, the location is a total jackpot trails right across the street that are hands down some of the coolest we've hit anywhere in the country. And guess what? We practically had those bad boys all to ourselves! Talk about striking gold! The camper was sweet super clean and way more spacious than we expected so major props for that. Plus, the whole vibe of the property is just chill and peaceful, exactly what you need to kick back after a day of tearing up the trails. All in all, a top tier spot that's now on our favorites list for sure.
