Great spot with thoughtful touches. Needs some adjustments but overall great
A great house with a beautiful view. They greeted us with a friendly note and glasses set up for each of us.
Checking in was frustrating because we had to drive 20 minutes away to pick up a packet with the keycode. We could have just gotten the keycode over the phone and saved 40+ minutes of traveling. The package was filled with information which was nice.
The house has a great setup. Beds were comfy. Plenty of dishware and utensils. Second fridge was clutch.
The windows were wonderful as theyh provided a great view of the lake across the road. The awning on the porch was wonderful and you could enjoy thunderstorms while still being covered. Plenty of tables and chairs. Great selection of books and games to entertain. We didn't use the TV at all so I can't speak to the quaulity.
The grill is in the garage though and that was a headache when you want to be grilling closer to the action. The firepit has no chairs and no container for ash or a shovel to scoop existing ash but it is in a beautiful location. Perhaps too close to the high grasses though. There is also no actual driveway. It's grass but there is plenty of parking.
We definitely enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a great central location for lots of activities. It was well maintained, and the air conditioning and fans were a must have. I would recommend this location definitely. Just needs a few changes to make it the perfect spot.
