It really is a cozy little place close to everything we needed!

This place was such a little gem and we're so glad we found it. The host was fantastic with communication and very accommodating. The house inside was spotless and modern. It's in an older neighborhood but we didn't feel unsafe in anyway. All in all we loved this rental and would absolutely rent it again.

Overnight stay close to airport

Some friends and I stayed here for 1 last evening in town and wanted to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The house is detailed in image and is super cute! It was a great stay and comfortable evening in watching the Super Bowl. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a cute close proximity location to the airport.

Great Peoperty

Stayed here 3 days for Cubs vs Diamondbacks. This property was 10 out of 10 in every aspect. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty amenities for cooking, back patio area was peacefull and relaxing, and close to everything you would want to do in Phoenix. Host was very helpul in getting us in a couple hours early. Just can't say enough good things about the property and host. Highly recommend this property.

Stay to celebrate

The home was nice and very clean and met all our needs for this trip. Beds were very comfy. We did not cook except for using the toaster. Two suggestions: 1. I could not find the switch for the back yard light. I did discover how to turn them on, maybe leave a note 2. Supply more than 2 rolls of tp! With 3 girls it is not enough! 3. A plug in the LR by the door does not work and the one at the end of the kitchen counter by the coffee maker does not work Not complaining, just to let the owner know. The place was great.
