Recently renovated, this beach cottage features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a touch of tasteful traditional beach decor, ample seating inside and out, and so much sunlight!

You'll see just how much this Topsail gem has to offer, whether you are dining with the ocean view, relaxing with your little ones or pup on the gated deck, or enjoying a cocktail with your significant other in front of the electric fireplace. The layout of this cottage provides easy access to any place in the house and is steps from the beach (the main attraction!). An open concept is offered on the main floor, so you can continue catching up with loved ones while cooking, eating, or gathering for a family game. A rare feature, Beach House's bedrooms are all oceanfront, so you won't have to fight over them! The living room, as well as all the bedrooms, have private flat-screen TVs with local channels, and WiFi is provided throughout the house. The living room and master bedroom both feature Amazon Fire, to stream movies on rainy days! The master bedroom also has a DVD player, so bring your favorites along.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher, as well as the smaller necessities. Off of the kitchen, you'll find an open bar with seating for two facing the living space, and a dining area on the oceanside with seating for four. Out the nearest sliding door, you are sure to find yourself eating lunch at the picnic table or lounging on the various deck furniture with your morning coffee. The first bedroom is located on this main level, offering a full-size bed and direct access to a full bathroom, also shared with the living space.
Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms; The bedroom on your left features a queen bed, a large flat-screen TV, and direct access to the top deck, where you will experience stunning views of Topsail! A Twin Roll Away bed is offered for an additional sleeping arrangement in this room. The bedroom on your right offers a pyramid bunk (twin over double), a walk-in closet, and nightstands to store odds and ends. Down the hall, you will find a full shared bathroom for use. Next to the bathroom is the access to the front balcony, so grab a glass of wine and a chair at sunset!

The landscaped exterior offers parking for up to 6 cars. This home provides direct access to the beach, laundry amenities downstairs (with a full-size washer and dryer), and an outside shower.
