The Neighborhood:
Cooper Young is by far the hippest and coolest neighborhood in town, and we just happen to be in the best location in Cooper Young. Directly behind the world famous Memphis Drum Shop, and literally one block from tons of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shops, etc.
Even though we are so close to the action, our street is still very quiet noise wise, but definitely has a loud personality. Each house more colorful than the last. :)
Walkable to Liberty Bowl, Tiger Lane, and Liberty Park
8 minutes from downtown and Beale St
10 minutes from Airport
15 minutes to Graceland
6 minutes to U of M
5 minutes to Rhodes College
3 minutes to Overton Park and Memphis Zoo
2 minutes to CBU
Getting Around:
Cars Cars Cars. If you don't have a car we recommend Uber/Lyft. Public transportation is unreliable.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that Memphis has prevalent train and plane noise pollution no matter where you go. Memphians don't even notice it, but some visitors have a tough time with the frequency of Fedex planes. Just note that this is part of Memphis charm and is nearly unavoidable.
