This cozy property offers the perfect escape for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing and fun-filled beach vacation. Bring your fishing rods, Kayaks, or just some sunscreen to enjoy this getaway. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an office space, Kid's bunk, and beach toys. The Space:
As you enter, you'll be greeted by an inviting living space with large windows that showcases stunning views of the Chesapeake Bay. The living room features comfortable seating and a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and intentional quality time with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all needed cookware and utensils. There are 4 bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a plush queen-size bed, while the additional bedrooms feature cozy full beds and one room with a bunk bed.
Step outside to the spacious double deck where you will find comfortable seating and a gas grill, perfect for hosting a cookout while enjoying the breathtaking bay views. Breezy Point Beach and Campground are just steps away from the property, offering direct access to a pristine sandy beach. The campground also provides various amenities, including picnic areas, playgrounds, and nature trails.
We strive to provide a clean and healthy environment for our guests and this home is also for the personal use of my family and children. We invite you to share this space with us therefore we have implemented a very strict non-smoking policy, including the use of electronic cigarettes or vaping devices inside or in any surrounding common areas. All Smoking should be done at least 8 feet away from the property.
There are no pets allowed on or inside the property.
