We stayed for 1 night for a concert. It was clean and cute! It has everything you need. The neighborhood was quiet and only a short drive to just about anywhere.

Definitely not up to VRBO standards
If owner wants to message me, I can describe multiple issues that should be corrected.
This place was a great find and close to many activities. We explored downtown and went to Buffalo zoo, all close by. The neighborhood was super friendly. You could tell the community really knew each other. I would definitely rent this place again when I visit.
Bathroom lock did not work; one room has no door: just separated by curtains; lot of lot of broken spits in wall; I took the insurance otherwise they might charge me lot; c cleaning charge is too high; overall only bachelor adults can rent it for temporary stay,
Scary neighborhood, run down house, poor furniture, no bedroom door, deplorable shower, curtains missing, lightvulbs missing. Booked 3 nights but left after an hour.
We enjoyed our stay and the relation with the owner. We found the price was good.
Don’t be too picky. Kitchen set is not full, the shower is small and not pratical and the brightness is medium.
Bedrooms are large, neighborhood is calm and the place was clean.
We would recommend for people who want a place to bed and breakfast only and then leave for an expedition during the day.
Use of your car is essential. Public transports are not that close.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Poor communication and not quite as described.
Wifi didnt work. It continuosly connected but had no internet. Shower was rinky dinked together and shower curtain did not cover shower so water sprayed everywhere. Lala charged a $100 pet fee for my service animals. She had a tenant living downstairs slamming doors. Street parking with privkly thorn bushes laying on the road. Extremely unresponsive to me. I would never rent this property again. Definitely left the house cleaner than when we got there.
About a week and a half before my only children's wedding I started contacting this host with no reply. Contacted Vrbo and they called Lala, she stated she was to busy to talk to me.
Vrbo sent me the key code and confirmation. After a long day at the rehearsal and decorating I went to the unit to find the key code did not work. I called the host to have her tell me she texted me weeks ago stating the unit was not available, first lie. Called Vrbo they call her and she said she made the unit unavailable months ago, lie two.
Wild thing, she took my payment and only refunded part of it. The host is a scammer.
Lala and Vrbo put so much added stress on me during one of the most joyful times for a Mom. So move on to another listing.
