Loved the place. I think they have corrected the pictures - one large bed and one trundle. Otherwise it was just right and very easy and good communication.

University of Arizona move
This house was perfect for our trip to Tucson. Impeccably clean and artfully decorated- this adorable 1.5 bedroom home was conveniently located 2 blocks from University of Arizona. Erika provided a wonderful welcome gift basket for us and information about the local eateries, sights etc. The personal touches throughout the house made our journey to drop our oldest off at college an easy and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit our son. I highly recommend this gem of a home!

Cute and Cozy Getaway
We loved this place- Everything was so welcoming and communication was excellent. The kitchen was well outfitted with everything we might need to make our meals while there to see family members living in the neighborhood. We walked to restaurants and groceries and gas were very conveniently close. Loved the garden and nice mornings outside on the porch. Plan to return when going to Tucson next.

A Perfect Home for relaxing as well
Our experience could not have been better! We love Tucson and the Sam Hughes neighborhood was perfect for us! The neighborhood is also extremely walkable. Erica thought of everything to make our visit fun and comfortable. She was even ready to bring over her own crockpot when I asked if there was one on the premises! The house is beautifully decorated and there are ample tables and chairs for outdoor entertaining. We hated to leave!

Excellent stay near the University
My wife and I had a very nice stay at this house. It is a short walk to the university. The kitchen is very well equipped. I'll note that the front of the house is located on a fairly major road but it was surprisingly quiet at night and since we spent our evenings in the backyard (which is very nice) we didn't hear any traffic at all. I'd love to return!

Great long weekend in Tucson with an incredible hostess. This cute bungalow was equipped with everything one could possibly need. The king size bed has to be one of the most luxurious, comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Front and back patios are beautifully appointed, private and comfortable. Erica was fabulous, and incredibly responsive. I hope we can come back soon!

As a natural entrepreneur, I've relished the autonomy and flexibility that come with charting my own course. Traveling has been a passion of mine, with annual sojourns to both sandy beaches and far-flung corners of the globe. At Villa Blanca, you'll discover exotic keepsakes from my adventures adorning the space, infusing it with a worldly flair.

Growing up right here in Tucson, on this very property, I felt compelled to name my cherished bungalow in homage to my mother, my family, and the rich heritage of this house. Thus, Villa Blanca was born, a nod to the "white house" where childhood memories were made. When I'm in Tucson, you might catch me landscaping, tending to mesquite trees, Peruvian apple cacti, or native willows on my properties, including Villa Blanca Pajaro and others.

Cooking has always been a joy for me – I love entertaining loved ones and orchestrating social gatherings. I'm eager to extend that hospitality to you during your time in Tucson!

Why they chose this property

During the 1960s, my parents were tenants of the carriage house while pursuing their studies at the University of Arizona. Serendipitously, they stumbled upon an ad in the newspaper listing Villa Blanca Pajaro, the property's original owners, for sale. Astonishingly, it happened to be our landlords who cherished my parents and favored them over another prospective buyer. With the generous assistance of my grandmother for a down payment, my parents transitioned to the front house and raised my sisters and me there. In 2010, Villa Blanca Pajaro transitioned through the generations, from my grandmother to my mother and sister, before coming into my possession. Now, I'm thrilled to share it with you as Villa Blanca Pajaro.

What makes this property unique

Villa Blanca Pajaro holds a special place in my heart—it's not just a house, but a haven filled with warmth and cherished memories. From festive Christmas trees to playful Easter bunnies, from cozy Thanksgiving dinners to lazy afternoons watching Sesame Street on the living room floor, and from carefree cartwheels in the front yard to shared giggles with friends, this home has witnessed it all. It's been the starting point for walks to school, the backdrop for breakfasts at Rincon Market, and the launchpad for bicycling adventures to the UofA.

Now, it's your turn to add to this tapestry of memories and experience the affection and coziness of Villa Blanca Pajaro—a true family home awaiting new moments and stories to unfold.
