Beautiful Waterfront Home with 2 Masters, Pool/Hot tub Close to Bonita Beach

Enjoy the Florida lifestyle the way it was meant to be enjoyed… This beautiful, waterfront, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has a relaxing pool and hot tub and is situated on a canal off the Imperial River. In the main house, there is a master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. The upstairs studio apartment over the garage has a king size bed, living room, kitchenette, and full bathroom. The house is situated in a quiet, older neighborhood. It is not a gated community and guests may have the garage and driveway for parking. The back of the house faces west (sunsets) and is extremely private. There are also four bikes and two kayaks for guests to use. Guests can launch kayaks from the back yard. Neighborhood is great for walking/biking.

Bonita Beach is just a short 2 minute/2 mile drive/bike ride from the house. There are also several restaurants within 1 mile. The closest being .4 miles from the house.
