This premier property features some of the best views of the bay and lake. It is nestled on the west side of the bay directly across from beautiful Fair Haven Beach State Park and less than a mile from the West Barrier Park. You can expect to enjoy yourself relaxing and viewing the bay from one of the three decks or large permanent dock. This home features 5 bedrooms with brand new luxury mattresses. There are three full bathrooms with continuous hot water. Large kitchen with plenty of counter space. Great room with living area and dining with seating for fourteen for entertaining. Additional living and entertainment area on lower level including home theater , pool table, and additional refrigerator and sink. Seperate laundry with washer and dryer. Beautiful hot tub and fire pit off lower level.

Perfect vacation.

Absolutely gorgeous property and so much for the kids to do! Great dock, if you have a boat, pool table, hot tub, fire pit what more could you ask for. This place certainly lives up to the reviews!

Multi-generational family vacation

Great Place to stay

We had a large group of 18 and there was plenty of room. The kitchen has 2 of most things and that was very helpful. The yard and dock were great for the kids. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return!

Beautiful vacation rental

We stayed here for a long weekend in June and were happy we chose this property. The house was clean and comfortable with beautiful water views, and the host was very friendly and responsive to questions. The house is in a great location with a winery just down the road and a beautiful state park a few miles away.

Perfect wedding getaway!

We had the absolute best stay and it was perfect for housing our bridal party after our wedding. The house is absolutely breathtaking and offered so many amenities to keep us entertained! And I mean - you cannot beat the views! I highly recommend this property and the owners were incredible to work with! Can't thank them enough for the perfect stay after our perfect day!

Xanadu get away

Very nice house, no surprises. The house was very clean, and the description was accurate. The view of the lake so beautiful. The host was quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

One Word… WOW!!!

This place was absolutely beautiful!! We stayed here for our wedding at Collocas and had our entire bridal party stay here with us. Everyone fit so comfortably and we had so much space! The views were incredible!! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future :) What an amazing house!

Great Property

This house worked out great! We rented the property for our son's wedding at Colloca. It was just a short few minutes drive to the venue. We had friends and family staying with us, The 3 levels of the home worked out perfect. There is a bathroom on each level. We had a minor hiccup but the property owner was right on it and it was taken care of. The view was amazing. The hosts were very accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this property. Enjoyed our stay.

Bridal Party

Family Thanksgiving Weekend

Our 2nd year Celebrating Thanksgiving Weekend at Xanadu…..when we talked about location over the summer everyone said “let’s go back to the house we used last year” We had 10 this year and plenty of space to spread out or plenty of space to gather for food and games. Great location, love visiting Colloca Winery. Def recommend this rental for any event even if your group is bigger. Clean, comfy and inviting!!

Relax and unwind

Relax and unwind at Xanadu! Our group consisted of 11 adults (2 families), The home has wonderful views of the lake, and plenty of seating from several different spots. Upper balcony, main floor deck, outside fire pit, and several spots down by the water. The home has a large yard which makes it a great place for kids to run around. Good for adults who just want to hang out with friends. You can walk into the lake from the shoreline (don’t forget your water shoes!) or jump right in from the dock. King beds where a little on the firm side, but the queen size were comfortable.

Beautiful

The property is absolutely stunning. Right on the lake, the sunrises were gorgeous. The house is much bigger than it looks on the outside. We rented it for 18 of us going to a wedding down the road. There was so much space for everyone to enjoy their time without feeling like we were all on top of each other. The owners were wonderful helping us whenever we had any problems, which wasn’t often and so minimal. We have talked about renting it again next summer for a more laid back weekend to enjoy the time there.

Family Vacation a Success!!!

What a great time we had at this property!!! Ben and Bernie were great hosts! Very thorough during initial walk through. Home had everything we needed for our family trip with 20 people. Plenty of room for sleeping and enjoying the property as a group. Kitchen setup was great it had everything you needed to make a great meal. The two refrigerators in kitchen were great and bonus one on the lower lever a plus! Linens and towels were plentiful. We made great memories around the fire every night. We would return for another stay!

Better than promised

Our vacation experience was flawless from check in to check out. The Coopers were a lovely couple with great ties to the community. Their home was nicer than detailed and had all the amenities with high quality towels and sheets. The house was spotless and had every extra touch you would hope for. We had three families and grandparents with four tweens (18 total) and everyone had their space and enough community chairs and Areas around the house to encourage many nights of togetherness. We will be back if they will have us .... we are an enthusiastic bunch! Blessings to the Coopers and of you are using the reviews to make a decision, use this one to book!

Family Thanksgiving weekend

It is a tradition that our family finds a home to rent to spend time together for the Thanksgiving weekend. We look for a house large enough to gather and with fun amenities such as the hot tub and game and TV room. This house met the needs of our group very well this year. Enough bedrooms and baths gave everyone a little private space while the kitchen and dining room was large enough for everyone to gather to cook, eat and to play games. The movie theater seating was super comfy and provided a great space to cheer on SU. My favorite moment was watching the beautiful sunrise. Would definitely stay again. Oh and for the wine lovers, Colloca Winery is a gem! My only suggestion would be to update the pots and pans…there were plenty but a bit well used. But that certainly did not hinder our family weekend!

House is very spacious with beautiful view!

The house easily accommodated 9 of us. Loved the 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens. And the view was beautiful! We enjoyed the large back deck, wonderful fire pit, hot tub and the dock which all had fantastic views of the water.

Great Place

Great Place for friends and family. We had a wedding at Colloca Estate Winery. This place was .2 miles away from the venue and it was very convenient. Most of our wedding party stayed here and had a blast. Would most definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Xanadu Weekend!

Our group of 12 coworkers/friends enjoyed our fun, relaxing, “Girls Weekend.” The host stopped by once we arrived and went over everything and details regarding garbage removal, operation of hot tub, awning, etc..The home was furnished with plenty of towels and all linens were provided, making it much easier to pack. The sunrise over the bay was magnificent. A few in our groups went on a short hike to Chimney Bluffs at the nearby state park. Overall, an A+ weekend!!
