I'm retired and love San Diego. The climate is unbeatable and lot's of fun activities. My hobbies are dancing and sailing and San Diego has lots of both.

This neighborhood is centrally located to walk or take the light rail which stops at the building.
You can walk to Balboa Park, Gas Lamp district or Little Italy
What makes this property unique
Beautiful luxury condominium with spectacular vies of San Diego. It also has a roof top terrace with BBQ, lounge chairs and a large spa tub. Also a nice gym plus many hosted activities.
