This home is a 4-story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and amazing roof top patio views of downtown Houston! Located in the highly popular Montrose neighborhood, you are half-a-mile from everything our wonderful Downtown area has to offer! This space is perfect for groups of 8 or less.
Featuring a 2nd floor open concept kitchen/living space. Our kitchen is fully stocked. Whether you want to make dinner at home or reheat leftovers--we have you covered.
House Layout:
1st Floor: 1st guest bedroom/bathroom.
2nd Floor: Living area, chef's kitchen, dining area, and half bath.
3rd floor: Primary bedroom: One King bed with full bathroom; Bedroom #3: 2 full size beds with full bathroom.
4th Floor: Roof top patio and dry bar.
CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Keyless access.
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
We are located inside of a very small, gated community.
Please do not play loud music after 10:00 P.M.
