Great rental

Adorable rental! We had 4 adults and 5 kids and were very comfortable. The breezeway was my favorite spot to hang out and relax. The breezeway area has mesh roll up gates that are very convenient for keeping pets contained. We would definitely stay again.

Christmas break 2023

My family of seven, ranging in age from 23-76 stayed in Simplicity in the Pines cabin for 3 nights. The cabin was as beautiful in person as shown in the photos. It was clean and well equipped for everything we needed, even enough games to keep us occupied on a rainy day! It was the perfect stress free, memory making get-a-way!

Beautiful!

Amazing cabin, it has everything and anything you need. Fully equipped kitchen with spacious living room. Also privacy at its best, the two separate rooms were a plus, with their own codes and bathrooms. I will stay here in a heartbeat. Location was great, in the heart of Broken Bow. The host was great, really quick to answer any needs that we encountered. You will not regret your stay here.

Beautiful Getaway Spot

The location is very convenient to many popular places, but you have peace and quiet at Simplicity! The split design with multiple (3) master suites was very nice for our family members that flew in from out of state. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Luxury - Comfortable - Family

3 separate living spaces! Are you Kidding?!! Grandparents with Grandkids in the “Main” cabin. Two couples in their own suites complete with coffee makers - we felt spoiled! Very convenient location. Fantastic amenities! Luxurious furniture and textiles! Everything we sat on, ate on, or slept on felt as though it had been hand-picked for quality! The pillows were phenomenal. We enjoyed every aspect of this property. The rock climbing holds on the tree and the “bridge” over the ravine were kid favorites! Well supplied and well stocked, the owners have missed nothing in what they provide for an incredible experience. We will definitely be back! Did I mention “CLEAN”?! I have never stayed at a cabin that was so clean. You could tell that cleanliness is a priority in this cabin. I can not recommend this cabin highly enough. “Thank you” to the owners! You have set the bar high!

Amazing cabin, Amazing location!

We had an incredible time at Simplicity in the Pines! The cabin has an amazing modern simple farmhouse chic atmosphere. Everything we touched felt as if it had been specially chosen for luxury and comfort, from the towels to the linens. The toiletries were high quality and we felt like we were at a 5-Star resort. The kitchen was stocked with chef quality cookware and had more than enough coffee, espresso, and spices. The breezeway was one of our favorite areas and we spent most of the time there playing cornhole, watching TV and just hanging out. The spa and fire pit areas were great and it was very thoughtful of the owners to supply firewood! The play area for our small kids was great and we could watch them as we enjoyed the fire pit. Watching the deer come in at dusk and dawn made for a “magical” experience. The cabin has a very private feel yet is close enough to walk to the Sasquatch Candy Den, which became a favorite of our kids! Within a mile of restaurants in either direction, we felt like we had plenty of options if we decided not to cook. This cabin is definitely a “must stay” experience. We will be back and highly recommend Simplicity in the Pines!

Family Christmas

We really enjoyed our time at Simplicity of the Pines. It’s a beautiful cabin and fit our needs perfectly. We had our family Christmas at the cabin. Hochatown had a an issue where there was no water during the time we were supposed to arrive.. The owners communicated with us continually until we were able to get in the cabin.

Simplicity in the Pines is Simply Wonderful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had the most wonderful experience at Simplicity in the Pines. The split rooms were such a great layout for us. Each room has its very own ensuite bathroom and is quiet since it's separate from the rest of the main house. The kitchen is well-stocked. The location is GREAT for older visitors because they do not have to get rattled driving up and down the bumpy roads. I would recommend adding some gravel or a walkway from the driveway area over to the stairs. That was challenging for my elderly parents to walk down the steep hill towards the house. The accommodations were just right for 5 adults and 1 child. Although, I would recommend more soft seating in the living room area, or add chairs that can be moved from the bedrooms so everyone can gather for a movie in the evenings inside without having to sit on a wooden stool or bench. Aside from those two suggestions, we loved every minute. Our beds were so comfy. The bathrooms were all very clean and roomy. The hot tub was glorious. We even saw deer both mornings we were there. What a treat! Thank you for the blessing of this cabin. We can't wait to come back!

Love simplicity in the Pines

We totally enjoyed our stay. Originally planned on going out on the lake every day but the cabin was so relaxing that we actually only went a couple times. My grandson loved the loft area to play and sleep in and the individual suites made the stay so much more comfortable for our family!! Will definitely come back asap!

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was beautiful, well stocked, very clean and in a great location! We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and the great breezeway. The only concern is the entrance to the cabin, the gravel is very slippery and may cause you to fall, be very careful!
