Very basic

Beds comfortable and clean. No extra blankets. Several lights not working, shower handle kept falling off and very low pressure. Broken smoke detectors. Kitchen was clean but no toaster or dish soap for dishwasher. One cabinet was broken. No utensil tray in dishwasher. Wifi did work. Host responded to questions promptly. Only 5 towels for 5 people and 2 washcloths. No dish rags in kitchen. For just to sleep it was ok. I would not have spent time relaxing here.

Terrible

The yard in the front is overgrown. The sliding door off the kitchen doesn’t close all the way or lock. There were bugs and old food in the cabinets and all the dishes were covered in grease. The lights in two bedrooms and bathroom don’t work. There was no air conditioning. Host would not return messages or answer phone calls. VRBO support was not helpful and refused to support a refund even after pictures and videos were shared.

Rip Off😐

To start off didn't get a code to the door until 1 hour before check in, outside ladscape is terrible Front door window screen broken, back door hard to close and open, couch full of dog hairs, wifi never worked cable to power outlet was missing, 2 of the rooms the ceiling fans don't work 1 remote missing ,bathtub door missing,hose smelled like smoke and old. I contacted the owner he never resolved any of these problems he would just blame the cleaning people but never got a cord for the wifi or fans fixed also the tv didn't work with out internet or antenna worst experiance ive had with my family

Worse stay ever

When we got there, we couldn’t get in with the code The host given us had to message him to get a new Code. once we got into the Verbo, we discovered that it had not been cleaned very well at all. There was mould in the bathroom. There was dirty dishes in the sink. There was food left rotting in cupboards in the kitchen. There were dirty dishes in the oven. there’s dust everywhere under every couch in the drawer to the bathroom, there was things left over there was hair in one of them would never remote this place. We were told we had free Wi-Fi. We had no Wi-Fi that worked. He gave us the right password. Password did not work. tried multiple times tried everything we could to get it to work as we had two young kids with us who wanted to watch some TV and so did we as we and we could not because it was hooked to the Wi-Fi but it wouldn’t hook to the Wi-Fi. The host took forever to answer back to our messages, still have not heard from him from one of our final messages that we sent him today as we could not lock our front door as the batteries were deadlock

Bad experience

This was my first time using Vrbo and it wasn’t a good experience. Host was extremely difficult to get a hold of. Had to be calling customer service to get him. House had 2 rooms that light/ceiling fans didn’t work. TV didn’t work. Thermostat didn’t work. There’s no blinds on living room window. Sliding door in kitchen wouldn’t close properly. The smell of smoke and weed would come up through the vents from the bottom portion of the home which was occupied by someone else. There’s a door in the hallway that we could clearly hear them go in and out of an area in that portion of their living space. Front yard had tall grass. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. These kind of people shouldn’t be able to rent out until all the property issues get fixed.

Not what I expected

I didn’t know this was a shared building with people living in the bottom half of the house. Shower had mold and bathtub was falling apart. Bathroom door frame was cracked so it didn’t lock very well. There was mouse poop in the drawers in the bedroom. The couch was also ripped and falling apart in some parts. The house smells like urine or something bad. The upside is check in was easy, beds were very comfortable, house location was close to everything stores, airport exc…
