My wife and I (and our friends) really enjoyed our stay! The place was quite clean, the house was fairly spacious and comfortable for 4 couples and two kids! The cell signal for AT&T users was great, and the internet service was excellent as well! We also appreciated the earlier check in and extended check out! The central heating system was working well, and the water heater sufficiently allowed 4 couples to shower with enough hot water. Finally the owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay!Minor feedback: not a big deal, but it would’ve been nice if the garbage bin was available to dump trash (and closer to the house). The garbage bin was situated a the end of the driveway and appeared to be full during our stay.
We stayed for a ski trip weekend and the house was beautiful and loaded with amenities. I would definitely recommend this property and will certainly be coming back again.
The property is very nice and new. Clean and well cared for. We fit in just fine there and have a rural feel was a great refuge for a Thanksgiving visit. We did have some problems with the front lock, but the host always responded immediately. I would have liked to have some dimmers on the lights. I did under estimate the size of the laundry load on check out day. We ran one load and put the rest by the machine. Sorry about that. But we are well please with our stay.
This home is beautiful. The layout is perfect for a family of 6. It was just as pictured with everything you could possibly need. We loved the thoughtful touches. The host left a bottle of wine and plenty of games for the kids. We wanted to use the firepit in the backyard but were unable to due to the high grass. We assume that because of the rain, they were not able to cut it and in time for our stay. I didn't give 5 stars because I am super picky about cleanliness. We could see dust buildup in the vents and on a lot of the furniture, which wasn't good for our allergies. I also had to clean the kitchen as there were dead bugs behind the trash can and under the island. The check-in process was confusing because there were two keypads and one code that didn't work for either. The owner did have a backup key that worked out. The mandatory insurance or $5000 deposit for incidentals was a bummer. Hopefully, the host will consider it refundable if there are no issues after checkout. Overall, we loved the location and proximity to Hershey Park, stores, and restaurants. The host was kind and a great communicator. We also loved that
he offered us a late checkout
Ou family enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. There were so many thoughtful touches like super soft sheets and a fully stocked kitchen. Deer and rabbits roamed around giving us a peaceful country feel.
Our extended family rented this property to attend my son’s college graduation, and it was perfect. The house was clean and well appointed. It is close to both grocery and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive, and the neighborhood very quiet, which we wanted. We did not have children with us, but there were some games and toys in the garage for kids. Highly recommend!
This was one of the best VRBO experiences that I've had...property was exactly as listed. Everything was extremely clean and supported our needs for our 10 day stay. The host was always available for questions and timely in his responses. Highly recommend this property if you are in the area!

My wife, Missy and I call Central PA home. We love trail running, floating the Yellow Breeches, taking our two young ones to Hershey Park, and generally taking in the beauty and history around us. We love sharing beautiful properties in beautiful, rural and scenic places with our guests.
Why they chose this property
The views of the mountains in the distance won me over before building the home in 2021; the expansive 10 acres was icing on the cake.
What makes this property unique
There are endless options at your doorstep, including 275+ trails for hiking within 10 miles, historic Gettysburg and the battlefields just a short drive away, and plenty of watering holes around Dillsburg, Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg to enjoy a local craft beer or two.
